The Malibu Fair: Newest Celeb Hot Spot

It might be not exactly be Hyde or Mr. Chow, but the Malibu Kiwanis' 25th Anniversary Chili Cook-Off and Carnival became the place to be over the long Labor Day weekend.

Mischa Barton, Nicole Richie and Ray Romano all found time to cruise down to Malibu's Civic Center and enjoy the carnival rides, animals and games. The annual event started Friday night and ran through Labor Day with an actual chili cook-off (who knew Malibu-ites even ate chili?), vendors galore, and, of course, arts and crafts.

TMZ has assembled a photo gallery of the stars who channeled their inner eight-year-old at this year's fun fest.

As far as Nicole looking healthy, that's because the camera adds 10 ilbs to you. In person she is SCARY. If anyone needed to eat a bowl of chili it was her. The gas would have done her good. It would give her a more FULLER APPEARANCE.

Aga, the only thing - the only reason why Nicole is any famous is because that "blond brat" of yours, honey.
Besides if with right make up and lighting Paris can look really nice, nothing can help Nicole, she is just so naturally ugly. I mean almost every women can look pretty if she is in hands of say Mario Testino and Path Mc'Grow for a make-up, but I've never seen even one pic where Nicole would look any descent. I mean it's not exactly a right thing to judge people by their looks, because we don't choose them , but is she is trying to be fashion icon or beauty icon she has to look in the mirror first, not to mention that she's heading for some prolonged hospital stay.

10. Oh how wonderful rich people at a carnival. I know all those libs did not have to worry about terrorist. They probably were raising money for them as well. And trying to figure out how to take away our rights and raise our taxes so they will not have to pay as much.
