Rosie Plumps For Tom on "View"

Yesterday, Rosie was giving away cruises. Today, she was standing up for them.

On Day Two of the Rosie Era on "The View," the show's newest co-host stepped up to defend her oft-proclaimed favorite male actor Tom Cruise, professing her love for him -- "He's the perfect man" -- despite his public stance against antidepressants. "I don't care what he thinks about antidepressants," said Rosie, displaying the Vanity Fair with baby Suri's pictures, "I still love him." O'Donnell has been vocal about her own use of pharmaceuticals, and -- as she informed us yesterday -- has been taking them faithfully, whereupon Joy wondered aloud what might happen if she stopped taking the drugs.

Rosie also suggested that the new "Survivor -- which is being divided by ethnicities -- should add a fifth team of mixed race bound by homosexuality, because, as she explained, "Gay people always win [reality shows]."

32. Oh I think the left with their "supposed" open mindedness are the true bigots. Look it up in the dictionary--I'd say their lack of tolerance for someone who may not agree with them is the true definition of a BIGOT.

35. When are you idiots who persist in referring to Scientology as a religion going to realize it's a cult, started by a demented science fiction writer (L. Ron Hubbard) and run by a pack of money grubbers, hustlers, and snake oil salesmen who prey on gullible fools like Cruise. (Or is he not in fact one of the snake oil salesmen?) to keep their racket going? They've been kicked out of a number of countries, yet here they're granted non-taxation status as a "religion." They really are a dangerous pack, as they do anything to pursue their miserable "mission on earth," including having as their major spokesman a marginally educated presumed closet queen who, in the bargain, can brag that in Rosie he has the nation's mouth that roars. I used to respect Rosie, as I believe her heart is in the right place on so many social issues. But her pimping for the Cruiser has turned me off. Ugh! What trash!

38. I think that Rosie needs to get better friends then the very controlling Tom Cruise... But I do respect Gay people as much as Straight people...my daughter is Gay and she is in love and a wonderful human being...So stop being such Gay haters, those of you who are and start to be more loving and kind.

41. I don;t believe Cruise sired that baby. In fact, I don't beliee it's a baby. I suspect it's a 12-year-old midget from a Scientology freak show. I wonder if they're going to donate the millions Vanity Fair paid for that fraudulent cover photo. Silly me! Of course not! It went into the Scientology bank account, in my opinion--along with all that blubber Scientologist Kirsty Alley has been blabbing her big mouth about on those infernal Jenny Craig commercials.

42. i'm sick of the gay lifestyle being forced upon us, we have to tolerate them, we have to allow them to teach our children in school that being gay is ok when it's not. God created Adam and Eve, not Adam and steve. That's my belief, but i don't try to shove it down anyone elses throat. It's no wonder Rosie loves Tom Cruise, he's another that teaches false doctrines, hopefully one day they'll find the truth, but in the meantime if they'll just go away.....

44. Haters!! I just started enjoying The View because of Rosie joining the show. She makes it interesting. I love it when she interrupts the other women. Rosie speaks the truth and she is real.... GO ROSIE!!

45. just watched the view for the first time, rosie owns that show, there is a simmering hostility amongst all 4 or 5? broads that won't be contained forever.
Who is that bitter pruneface that looks like something stinks all the time?
I'd hate to be around her for any lenght of time, she is a downer.
