46. Didn't she drink a margarita? I swear I saw a specail on E! stating that if you ever saw a pictures of her doing shot of Tequila it was just water in the shot glass! She stated that she hates Tequila! If I am not mistaken Margaritas are made with Tequila!

48. Okay, so she said she hadn't eaten all day and only had one drink. I heard her radio interview with Ryan Seacrest yesterday and she told him..."I had been up all day shooting my video, went to dinner with my sister & friends and then went to the charity event where I only had one drink. I hadn't eaten anything all day." What did she do at dinner with her sister & friends....watch them eat? I smell a rat and it is a vapid, emptyheaded fake blond rat!

51. Funny that you think drunk driving is a minor violation. It kills so many people and the fact that the stars dismiss it as a trivial thing, when they should be the ones setting good examples. So many people look up to them, especially the younger generation, and to see them dismiss something like a DUI is sickening.

52. Personally I am just sick of hearing she got her feelings hurt by what was said. She needs to grow up and act responsible and quit acting like a little girl with hurt feelings when she screws up. Just once it would be great for her to say.....Your right, I did it, I screwed up. How come whenever Paris screws up she says that the media makes to big of a deal about the stuff that she does but when she is bashing someone or getting good publicity she doesn't think anyone's paying too much attention to her? I cannot stand this girl. She thinks because she has money everyone likes her. And as for the whole firecrotch comment, so what if Lindsay Lohan has red pubic hair? There's been less men in her than in Paris, so Paris has no room to say anything about anyone's private area.

54. I'm amazed to read all of the comments from the Paris-Haters. I'm no huge fan of her's, but some of you people are actually wishing for her death! WTF??? What has she personally done to you besides take up some extra pixels on your computer?
To get so worked up over this is ridiculous. How old is she? 22? Were you all such perfect individuals at 22 that you didn't need any guidance? Did you NEVER do anything that would be embarrassing or dangerous? I know I did. Get the F off of your high-horses. She's human, albeit a famous one. More of your peers than you know have had too much to drink before driving and have gotten lucky enough not to get caught. I'd even bet a few of you haters have done that.

Don't waste your time fighting about how the "COPS" did or didn't do their job, you know how they work. I totally agree with all of you on being upset. People, these are celebrities...MONEY TALKS, of course they're gonna be off the hook!

58. I have got to say, I question the sanity of any paris hilton fan. What is it that you're a fan of? She's so self-obsessed for no particular reason and she's just a gross person (a la sex videos and talking trash about her ex-friends), and oh yeah, she has NO abilitites to be in the business. She's definitely not a girl's girl. Paris, i cried when I heard your stupid song too, cuz it was so awful and I can't stand you. Oh, and it's just awesome how she denies every single thing she does wrong (it's always somebody else's fault). It just so happens that Paris is ALWAYS an innocent. What a load of BS!!!

59. This hits home and I have to say that anyone, you, me, or Paris should not drive while drunk. The result can be death. No joke.

Paris lovers and friends of Paris should really think about it. It could be your lovely Paris that's killed when she driving around drinking. Would you like to see Paris DEAD IN HER CAR smashed into a tree like an according? Maybe that would make you realize how dangerous this behavior is. 60. First of all you can have one glass of anything and get a DUI. And most people can drive completely fine at one or even 2 glasses. Hell i can drive completely fine at 4 glasses. They come up with these laws because they think it protects people. The people who drive drunk and kill people are people who comsume way more than just one alcoholic beverage. So actually getting a DUI is not that evil. I personally think they should raise the limit. Haveing one drink and getting a DUI is completely different than haveing over 6 drinks and killing someone.
