35. Being exhausted and not eating would increase ythe effects of any alcohol she consumed, making her feel drunker. But they would not increase the amount of alcohol in her blood. If she weighs 110 pounds and she tested 0.08 (blood alcohol level) she probably had two drinks in the hour before she was busted.

37. There is NEVER an excuse for drunk driving. Paris won't have any consequence severe enough for the crime she committed, but she is not excused just because she pretends to be too stupid to know that a 110 pound woman cannot have even ONE DRINK AN HOUR and not be drunk.

I am 110 pounds, and I know that I cannot have a single drink and drive within an hour of it. Two drinks, and I'm not going to drive at all. With all the going out she does, she's trying to act like she doesn't know that? Drinking and driving shows terrible disregard for other peoples' lives. That girl wouldn't care who died.

As for that guy saying that the users of this site are haters for talking about what a seriously wrong thing Paris did, I send a big fat "WTF?" I have a Lexus and a Benz. I live in a fancy neighborhood. Oh, and I'm thin, too. I am sure many of us on the site have money enough and looks to spare. The thing that makes us different is that we do what we can to keep from MURDERING people when we get behind the wheel.

Paris is a drunk driver. The only thing that makes her different from Mel Gibson is that people were at least surprised when Mel Gibson got arrested. And lest anyone think that Paris is different from Mel because he's a racist, don't forget they are tied on that score, too. Paris was caught on video calling black people N*gg*rs. She just isn't talented enough to make people care about that remark.

Paris should just get smashed and order more of her own albums from Amazon.com. At least she won't be on the road.

38. One drink?? she went out to DINNER and didnt eat anything then went to this charity event and still didnt eat anything and only had one drink...BS...her story just dont jive. I dont believe her or anything that comes out of her skank mouth. She is completely plastic and is only concerned about one thing ..her IMAGE! ...but hey she did get to promote that video on air. I've had enough of Paris Hilton - Please do us all a favor and get your face out of the mirror for 2 seconds and start thinking about others not yourself. How much of all that money she brags about making did she donate to this charity that she failed to promote as well as her "video".
