Now If anyone of us normal people FAILED a breath test we would get arrested. but because shes rich and famous , she lives under different laws?? she failed the test and should be charged and go thru all the crap anyone else would have to. just shows you there is a class that is not affected by laws , they trample on our rights. and think they are better than others. time we all get together and not let people like Paris Hilton wandering around with no cares of what they do or how they might be endangering others.

Paris has broken her vow of celibacy - after less than a month.

The hotel heiress revealed 21 days ago that she'd had a bet with a group of
friends, nicknamed the "single girls club", to see who could last the
longest without sex.

lost the wager after reportedly spending the night with Blink 182 drummer
Travis Barker.

After meeting just the week before at a nightclub, the pair were spotted

52. Once again, the Paris-haters were getting excited over nothing. The "case" is hardly worth mentioning but everything Paris does is NEWS.
To have a .8 level is nothing, they could have let her go on the spot, doh. And she she looked wonderful on the tape,not drunk at all.
I just LOVE Paris Hilton, she does everything with such grace and style.

55. Was she arrested or not? Arrest records are public. Help us out, TMZ. If she was arrested, she is flat out lieing when she tells us via the radio show that she wasn't. Also, why was she only in the police station for 15 minutes? Is that another lie, or was she given special treatment again?

57. Anyone out there with medical experience?

I have question about diabetics giving a "false positive" on breathalyzer tests. Is it because their blood glucose levels are too high or too low?


Breathalyzers don't actually measure alcohol, they measure the levels of ketones, the byproducts the body makes when it metabolizes alcohol.

Is it possible that Paris indeed didn't eat all day (including skipping the food at the dinner), causing her body to burn stored fat and/or proteins instead of (food's) glucoseand producing the ketones that breathalyzers use to determine BAC levels? Could the metabolism ketone levels, added to the levels produced by the one drink, be enough to give the BAC reading?

58. What if she had hit someone? She takes no responsibility for her actions minimizes her actions. But what if she had hit and killed someone while driving drunk. Why are celebrities treated different than everyone else. If I had not eaten all day, had a margarita and was considered legally drunk, do you think a cop would give me a break? No way! So why should she think she is above the rest of us? What if she had killed a child in another car or was involved in a hit and run? Immature, with no accountability for her actions is not HOT in my book

60. Seems to me that if the LA cops needed to up their quotas for DUI offenses, all they'd have to do is sit outside one of those trendy bars on a Friday nite...do celebs even KNOW what a designated driver is????

These celebs really do live a world apart from the rest of us....who needs to be 21 to drink? not a celeb, that's for sure!!!

We'd see the world stop if Paris was HIT by a drunk driver!!!! People never learn.
