SHE WAS IN FACT ARRESTED: here is the details on the website of the LA County Sheriff Dept. She was processed and booked which means she was arrested. The charge was a misdemeanour and she received $5000 fine for bail.

.08 isn't even above the state limit where I'm from. I bet anyone would drive irratically if they were hounded by camera flashes. Sounds like the LAPD is short some cash for this years ball.
