you guys r really mean. she only had a drink! give her a break. i bet if there went as many photographers there, they would have just pulled her over. but she didnt do anything wrong. jus becuase she is a celeb, ppl think she gets aways with everything. they r still ppl! Many people end up in jail a lot longer than Paris for expired tags, and they lose their cars too. I ended up in ER thanks to LAPD and an expired tag. LAPD hides in alleys looking that serious offense of an old tag. BTW, the corner of Wilcox/Selma where Paris was driving is a tad seedy actually. I was arrested at that very corner years ago (tag) and roughed up likely by those same cops I see in today's photos or their cronies. That corner houses a sleazy liquor store and not much else. Yet Paris is often driving there. Be careful Paris, lots of drug buys at that intersection. Also it is only a couple blocks from LAPD/Hollywood station.
PS For my tag infraction, LAPD drove me out to Van Nuys, just like Kim earlier on these posts. There is no female jail in Hollywood, a little known fact.
PPS There is also a surveillance camera at Selma/Wilcox!

The only thing that bothers me is
how many times did she get away with this before she got cought? She will probably will end up with a fine and public service or probation. They all get that when you donate large sums of money to something( police retirement fund , campaigns, ect. Go figure??????

Depending how much money you agree to donate to which organization (political, government, police retirement fund, and don't foget the public apology and community service.) You can come out smellin like a rose!!!!

If she blew (no pun intended) a .08, she's drunk. If she's telling the truth, and she only had one drink, and it was a Margarita, and she didn't eat all day, guess what...she's drunk. It will be interesting to see what kind of deal she'll get in court... (28 hours community service and a $200.00 fine (all of which will be suspended?) or will she get a Mel Gibson (Free Pass)?

I used to go to a steak house that served margaritas and the drink was so big that it had 4 shots of liquor in it. I wonder if the "one" drink she had was like that? And if she didn't eat when she was with her sister at dinner, then that's her own fault. She should of had a little something to hold her over. This is coming from someone who said that they don't drink. I believe she said, "If you see me with something that looks like a drink or shot, it's water". If she would dress appropriately and quit doing stupid stuff like this, I might have a little more respect for her. But there are alot of teenage girls out there who look up to her and Paris knows it. She needs to be a better role model. But when she goes around having pictures taken of her half naked, that's something I won't let any kids I have look at. She may not ask to be these kid's idol, but she is and she needs to grow up and act like a lady, not a prostitute. Some of the pictures I've seen of her look like something that could come close to something you would see in Playboy or Penthouse. It's not appropriate for young teenagers.
