Speaking of attention, I hope Charlie's attorney is watching, and too bad that Denise cannot be prosecuted for filing a false deposition. If there was one iota of truth to her statement, Charlie's behind would have been on the chopping block big time, here in California, child porn is taken very seriously, not to mention the other charges as well . I knew she would drop the allegations once she had to prove them and once Richie got closer to finalizing his divorce. If I was Heather I would make it harder for them, just because they deserve it, I know it sounds mean, but they brought it upon themselves. Shame on Denise for trying the gain sympathy for "her plight" when there are real women out there who need the help, she just used it for her own image, obviously.

That’s all crap you’ve gotten from reading magazines and movies as you were growing up. Maybe they’re wrong, but maybe not. 49. Heather's marraige had been in trouble for a long time before Denise took up with Richie. It was hanging on by a thread. They hadn't been intimate for quite some time. They were not spending any time together. It didn't look good.

The betayal came when Heather would confide her marrital problems to Denise. She would ask her for advise Denise would give it. DENISE HAD AN AGENDA. Denise had set her sights on Richie & used Heather and convinced her she should divorce RIchie.

Richie didn't know what hit him. He too was betrayed by Heather when she filed without even telling him. VERY SPITEFUL. He heard the news while guesting on a radio show. DENISE IS A SKANK. I wouldn't trust her as far as I could throw her. Richie fares no better either. He could of had any girl he wanted and chose to seek a relationship with Heather's ex- best friend. SHAME ON BOTH OF THEM. I guess we all have our STANDARDS. No one in this senario comes out a WINNER by any means.

ps - Denise choosing to screw her friends husband and the husband the best friend is the exact opposite of indiscriminate. They chose each other, maybe not with deliberation, but certainly with a notion that it may be a tad nasty to wife and friend. That, my friend is NOT human nature. 56. Denise had no problem marrying Charlie knowing all too well about his past. Now it bothers her because she has kids. Then maybe she should not be fooling around with a married man, travelling abroad and leaving the kids at home with her parents.

Heather was your friend. Guys are like buses, their is one at every corner. Find someone who was not married to a friend of yours regardless if Richie knew nothing about the divorce as he claims.

I can't figure these people out. What, they wake up one morning, say they are bored so they are going to get a divorce. Ever person in Hollywood who denied problems in their marriage are separated or divorced. Denise, Heather, Jessica, Carmen, they all denied it, and look what happened.

Denise, go find youself some other guy who was not married to your friend. Obviously Richie is not what you or him claim he is or Heather would not be divorcing him.

58. I cannot believe that a person could stoop so low. Denise is not an actress...she sucks. I cannot even think of a real successful movie she was in. The only reason why she is semi famous is for her looks and that she got in shape to do playboy just months after giving birth. Heather is the one with the good acting jobs and actually has respect. I think its funny that in this picture Denise is trying soooo hard to be up all over Richie. Its like "look at me, look at me", they arent in love its all about lust with them. No matter what you shouldnt go after a friends ex plain and simple. While with some people its okay, with most its really not. Denise, you need to get over yourself. Stop being such an attention whore. You had a great friendship with Heather...less you forgot how Heather stuck by you and made a baby shower for you etc.....and then you lost it.
