64. Frankly, what is all the fuss about? She is one of the most publicized celebrites we see, yet for what? Just for being famous? My question is famous for what....being the who's who? I never saw talent, or sacrifice, working for causes, or what makes this particular girl so "special". I don't see where she is such a "nice" person either, so forgive me if I turn the page!!

Any non -celeb who failed a field sobriety test , then blew a .08 WOULD have been asked to submit to one of two chemical tests, either urine or blood in order to not have their license automatically taken away from them on the spot from the arresting officer,according to California Vehicle Code. Furthermore, they would have been detained for several hours until they had sobered up, and not been released on their own recognizants. "Suspicion" of DUI? "? OOPS...Is that another way of saying that somebody messed up and "forgot" to do the chemical test? LOL.
