Anna Nicole's Son's Death Called "Suspicious"

Anna Nicole's son's death called suspiciousNASSAU, Bahamas (AP) -- The chief inspector of the Bahamas coroner's office on Wednesday called the death of Anna Nicole Smith's 20-year-old son, Daniel, "suspicious," and scheduled a formal inquiry that could lead to criminal charges.

"Whenever there is a suspicious death we would have an inquest to determine how the person died," Bradley Neely, chief inspector
of the coroner's office, told AP Television News.

Her Majesty's Coroner Linda P. Virgill scheduled the inquest for the week of Oct. 23, saying it "is the right course of action." If jurors at the inquest decide a crime took place, the case would be sent to the attorney general's office, authorities said.

63. Death surrounds Anna Nicole, just like food. People all around her seem to drop like flies. So I guess death, food and flies surround Anna Nicole.

64. I haven't seen anyone question the fact he died in the HOSPITAL. I mean if there was one place you wanted to have a heart attack, wouldn't that be where??? This whole story is very fishy, but nonetheless very sad. God bless you Anna and Daniel.

65. This whole thing is a tragedy. But at least he got to be with his Mom and his new baby sister before he passed. That is the only comfort from this horrible thing. He was so young and handsome too. What a shame. I would not blame anyone at this point there is no proof yet. Another sad reminder to all to say "I Love You" to our Loved Ones as much as we can.

66. For the person who asked about medical persons coming in and out all night.. since Anna Nicole was in for a birth not an illness, checks are done in the mornings and afternoons not in the middle of the night. She was most likely on pain medication or sleeping pills after the birth as it is a trauma to the body. I don't think she had anything to do with it. This is a very unfortunate accident that happened to a young man just being to live. I hope that the officials are able to sort this out.

My Heart goes out to Anna and her family and to all that loved and knew Daniel, I can just think of what she is going through....we all have faced struggles and trials of life (each one of us) and Anna is no different........WHO are we to judge Anna for the things in her past and at least is done things in the open (good or bad) And my heart goes out to her ....She has over come alot .. and I just want her to know this some how that I wished I could help her thru this time of need ..GOD Bless you ANNA and May God be with you during this time of need and in the future

68. My only conclusion is that with a Mother as dopey as she......
my first thought was HE, too, MUST of had a drug problem. My guess was that he probably died of an over dose .
......Oops.......Like Mother; like son.........
In celebration of a new sibling, my guess is that he took in more drugs than his system could handle......And, that happens sometimes......(Forgive me if I'm wrong......)

69. To say his death was wierd is unkind and, inaccurate. Anything having to do with Anna Nichole would be a quagmire of inconsistencies! Anna first and, foremost is obviously using as we have all witnessed her public presentations of drunken or stoned or, duh! somethin in her pretty little system! Why is it a surprise to any of us that her son would follow the same path as his mama? Why, also would we ask ourselves that to entertain an onslaught of barbs and, jabs toward Anna Nichole about her convoluted, exploited little life is beneath anything dignified.
I feel sorry for her. I felt sorry for her son. It is what it is. Another tragedy.

Wasn't Selena killed by her wacko assistant because she couldn't have her?

The homicidal hospital worker is a possibility too. We've seen enough of those.

71. I feel really bad for any mother to lose her child. But it is sorta KARMA, she married the old man (she's a Golddigger) Then she went after his money that she was not entitled too. Look what happen to the old man's son. Why was the gov't involved with her going after the old man's money. The money belong to the old guy's kids, not a golddigger. Was the kid on TRIMSPA. Seems like BAD KARMA to me..... We should think before we go after or do something we really know is WRONG..

72. omg i cant believe you people really think she had something to do with it...grow up...everything you are writing i am sure hurts her ... how would you feel if some one was accusing you all over the internet for killing your son..has anyone thought maybe he had a bad heart??? it is possible....i have a ten year old who has had open heart surgery...so stop writing bad stuff about anna nicole and send your prayers and well wishes..... its sad that his new sister will not grow up with her older brother....

73. As a mother I cannot imagine her grief. I think it is a sick world we live in when all people can do is jump to conclusions. Obviously the death of a 20 year old boy is suspicious...but do we automatically have to blame? Karma people...what goes around comes around. Hopefully none of you will ever wake up and find your dead child...and then to add salt to the wound be immediatley judged. Shut up, look at your own lives and feel sorry for what she is going through or leave it the hell alone.

74. i think any one to suggest that anna nichole had anything to do with her sons death is really warped! the womenjust gave birth.
and as for her 89 yr old husband, at 89 just the thought of sex is enough to give him the big one! get real people , she just lost her son!

75. What a sad thing to happen to a sweet young man,I have seen him on the Anna Nicole show and found him to be very polite and kind,Anna must be devastated
by all this its all very overwhelming to be so happy one minute, at the wonderful birth of a new baby girl and so grief stricken in the same breath over the loss of her wonderful son.Anna you have been thru so much in your young life I pray God will put peace upon you to get you past this horrible nightmare.I will keep you in my prayers and pray for your family.
