47. Sadly this scenario or one very much like it probably occurs
tens of thousands of times each and every day.

It's not that unusual for a young person to party but to be using drugs and possibly alcohol as well IS NOT experimentation.

What makes him different here are two things:

One he has had exposure through the medium of tv.

And no doubt has more money and time on his hands than he knows what to do with.

Without those two he's just another statistic.

57. JYW, are you a cop? Because the STUPIDEST COPS IN AMERICA ARE IN DOWNSTATE NEW YORK! They are the biggest idiots. And i'm from NY. The LAPD are some of the smartest, brightest, most intelligent police officers around, believe it or not. I have nothing but the utmost respect for the LAPD! And as a New Yorker, I have donated hundreds of dollars to the LAPD. But NY cops, THEY ARE PROBABLY THE DUMBEST, MOST RETARDED COPS I have ever seen! NY cops don't know how to deal with anything! Everybpdy and their mother gets arrested in NY. SO, PEOPLE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET ARRESTED, AVOID GOING TO NEW YORK. Practically every top celeb out there, big name stars, have gotten arrested in NY! Even that 60 Minutes News INterviewer, Wallace! Next, it'll be Oprah! Give me a break! I've watched how the LAPD have handled problems with civilians, and they know what they're doing! They're highly intelligent. Trust me. They were trained probably by the best. But NY cops, they're f***in idiots! Nothin but low class idiots. NY cops are the worst! And they're the most racist cops I have ever seen, especially in southern Westchester County.

59. i never liked the way he treated ALL of his women on laguna beach, and always thought he was an arrogant idiot - i was really surpised that lauren would even consider giving him a second chance, because she is intelligent and beautiful and can do SO much better! the incident in new york just validates my original impression of jason - ARROGANT IDIOT!!!
