You're Not in Laguna Beach Anymore, Dorothy!

Former "Laguna Beach" star Jason Wahler has received a heaping dose of reality.

As first reported by E! Online and PerezHilton.com, Wahler was recently arrested in New York and charged with one count each of disorderly conduct, possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest and bribery.

The incident occurred on the morning of September 1 after Wahler attended the MTV Video Music Awards.

According to the court documents, Wahler was obstructing traffic by standing in the street and creating a public disturbance. Officers then attempted to handcuff the 19-year-old, but he resisted.

After being taken to the precinct, police found cocaine in Wahler's left front pants pocket. Adding insult to injury, Wahler repeatedly attempted to offer money to the officer in exchange for his release.

Wahler is due back in court on December 11.

Its been a bad few weeks for Wahler as he recently broke up with his "Laguna Beach" co-star Lauren "LC" Conrad.

61. She probably gave him a second chance because, like a lot of women, have developed an emotional attachments and feelings for him. Girls and guys can both be stupid, especially when they're young.

62. I watched 'Laguna Beach' a few times, and all the characters seem so stuck-up. Jason Wahler doesn't even know how to properly speek the English language. He's a big dullard. Why are girls even attracted to that lug? Get with it TMZ, there are a lot more important things going on in this world besides Laguna Beach.

She must have seen something in him, remember, she had a "party" without telling girls to bring their bathing suits, so she could snag this guy away from his broken hearted lover by wearing the tiniest bikini and enticing him into the hot tub. LC deserved everything she got!

Anybody who has been to Laguna beach already knows the kids are very different. I've seen very young ones wearing the skimpiest, newest, most fashionable clothes, and their attitudes are very different from Middle America.

67. i tottally knew it!! when it came out that they broke up and the cops were called and lauren had to move, it totally made sense. if you go back and watch some of the hills when they hooked up i thought he was either on meth or coke and controlling. I had a boyfriend when i was 18 like that i would go to bed at 10 pm and he would go out with his friends, i was so naive, and be coming home at like 6 in the morning when i'm getting up to go to school/work. lauren should thank her lucky stars she got rid of him. my ex i had to put in jail when he decide to crash his car into my parked car because he did't want me to go to school because he was paranoid that i was going to meet another guy!!!!!!!! total druggie
