What a tragedy for all the world. Last weekend I was channel surfing and came across some old T.V. clips of Steve Irwin. My nine year old son's friend was passing through the living room and he became so upset that I had to change the channel. This man was a hero in the eyes of our children. May he rest in peace.

Steve Irwin did so many things that this world will NEVER forget. I admire what he did. As for black heart...his was as golden as they can get. He didn't abuse any animals or mistreat anything in nature that he came across. The only black hearts out there are the ones on the computer saying horribly awful things about Mr. Irwin-you sons of a bitches! Seriously, how can you be so cold??????? Terry, other family and friends...there are people that do care and we people will never forget Steve. May he rest in peace. God Bless his family [and friends]!!!!

To those rejoicing the death of Steve Irwin: Remember, curses have a great way of coming right back at YOU!!!! Rest in peace, Steve, and we will always remember you and your cause. I will NEVER support PETA again for their comments about Steve. Love to Terri, Bindi, Little Bob, Steve's father Bob and all his friends and associates, especially those at Australia Zoo.

Not only is there profiteering going on over this dickhead on Ebay, but now you have to PAY to go to the memorial. I kid you not. Losers are lining up outside his crap theme park right now, and are sleeping there, to be able to PAY to see this freak show.

Ka-ching!

Irwin fans secure tickets

September 15, 2006 10:35am
Article from: AAP

HUNDREDS of sleep-deprived Steve Irwin fans have snapped up tickets to his public memorial next week after camping out at booking outlets in Queensland overnight.

The Crocodile Hunter's life will be honoured at a special public memorial service on Wednesday at the Irwin family's Australia Zoo wildlife park on Queensland's Sunshine Coast.

Irwin was killed by a stingray's barb in a freak accident off the far north Queensland coast on September 4.

Three thousand tickets – a maximum of four a person – were snapped up by the public at Australia Zoo's box office and Ticketek outlets at Maroochydore and Brisbane.

Each outlet distributed 1000 tickets – all of which were gone within about 15 minutes.

At the front of the queue in Brisbane was 34-year-old beauty therapist Melissa Power, who had lined up for more than 25 hours to secure tickets.

“It's unbelievable,” a teary Ms Power said once she had the tickets in her hand.

“I haven't slept and am so over-emotional – I'm looking so forward to it.”

My heart goes out to all who loved Steve and may God bless Terry and the children. Steve did a tremendous job in educating us all about animals and the environment and was truly a wonderful human being. It's true what they say that the good die young. A great loss for us all. BTW to the "parasite" I dearly hope you find some human decency one day as your attitude is what is wrong with the world and to post # 30, I have been with the ACLU for 20 years and we have never once had a PETA member in our state chapter. They are too busy chaining themselves to a tree to possibly understand the Constitution must less defend it!
I hope Terry can continue Steve's work as it is important now more than ever as people need to realise what a wonderful world we have and how imperitive it is to take care of it. GOD BLESS THE IRWIN FAMILY!

My condolences for his wife, Terri, Bindi, Bob, and his father Bob.

I made up a poem of Six Senses on Steve Irwin:

SEE HIM SMILE
HEAR HIS VOICE
SMELL HIS SCENT OF THE ANIMALS
TASTE THE DEW OF FLOWERS
SPEAK HIS LOVE FOR WILDLIFE
TOUCH OUR LIVES AND HEARTS FOREVER:

We will never forget you. From all your fans.

In a world of was, hate, prejudice, murder, etc., etc., we also had people like Steve to teach us and our children and our grandchildren to love animals, and what they could do to save the environment. You will be sorely missed Steve.
