Jay's Flip-Flop Fight

As the "retired" life of Jay-Z is about to come to an end, a new rap war is on the horizon: 'The Great Hip-Hop Flip-Flop Battle of 2006.'

It first started when Cam'ron released a Jay-Z dis track titled, "You Got It," in which he said, "How's the king of New York rocking sandals with jeans and he 42 years old?" Then DMX added his two cents to Vibe magazine saying, "The flip-flops - he's just not the same, It's Beyoncé".

In the upcoming Fall Music Preview in Entertainment Weekly, Jay-Z will announce the street, er beach date, for his next release, rumored to be titled "Kingdom Come."

20. Note to Jay-Z: Please continue to be the man that GOD wants you to be. Do not answer any ignorant comments such as those made by Carmon and DMX, who are they? Carmon's or DMX’s opinions of you do not matter at the end of the day. Furthermore, always remember that no body walking this earth lives in a glass house so we should never throw stones at anyone.

Additionally, Beyonce’ and you are giving black people hope that we can come together as one. Please do not let your legacy be like that of other has been rappers, take the higher road and "Show Them What You Got!" A lot more than Carmon or DMX will ever have put together.
