Celebrity Feuds
Rosie & Elisabeth: Best Friends For, Er, Today?

There may be all kinds of clawing and crying off the set of "The View," but at least today, Rosie O'Donnell and Elisabeth Hasselbeck played nice with one another, and even planned a little road trip à la Oprah Winfrey and Gayle King, sans their elder co-hosts Barbara Walters and Joy Behar, who decided that they wanted to stay behind and "go to the theater."

Still, an uncomfortable moment arose when the question of Oprah and Gayle's friendship (or more) arose, and Rosie asked the table whether they would allow for being just a little bit gay. Elisabeth naturally didn't agree, and began to make one of her patented rebuttals, but Joy jumped in, quipping that being totally straight or gay didn't explain "prison behavior." Just in time, once again, was Joy, but how long can she play this game so skillfully?

31. Rosie stop shoving it down our throats, BE GAY< BE HAPPY ,BUT Don't push it so hard, what qualifies you as a Mother or are you the Father figure. It is sickening, those poor children being raised in that enviroment.

32. It's very hard to enjoy the View because everyone talks at once. That's why they have never won an emmy. I think Rosie was good with her own show. Actually I use to watch her all the time. For some reason I don't enjoy her on the View. Maybe it's because she gets to Political. I get tired of the actors using there shows as platforms for there Politics. You never see any of them enter the Arm forces. They do a lot of talking but that's about it. I think they do a lot of hiding also. I'm not saying I approve of the War but I had three brother who went to Vietnam even though they didn't agree but they went anyway. I just think these Actors think there to good to fight for our Freedoms. How did I get on this subject anyway? Have a good one!

33. I agree with most everybody, when they say conservative Elizabeth has to go. She is so naive and immature. I know this isn't probable, but I hope she takes Barbara with her! When Merideth was on and they had a guest hostess, I used to really enjoy the days when Barbara wasn't on. The rest of the panel were so lively and open! And will somebody please give Barbara a make-over???????? That hairdo makes her look much older than she really is! She looked so good when they put her hair up one day, so much younger! Give her a shorter look, feathering back the sides went out with disco. And funny people should not be taken literally. Everything they say is for a laugh, not reality! Do you really think she lets her dog lick her kid's bottom? Then you are as dumb as Elizabeth for thinking that.

35. I hate Rosie. I used to be a fan but her stardom has caused her to become something that I have no time for. Sorry Rosie you really blew it and this Long Islander is really sorry that you did.

38. Doesn't anyone out there watch the View? Barbara, Joy,Rosie, and Star, are all democrats. Is it all right to hear their views, but when Elizabeth , voice's the Republican side, she's a dummy, bitch , and stuck up. Seems kind of one sided to me. MJ

39. i think rosie is a disgusting dike. no one could ever match the class and dignity of a star jones-reynolds. i have not watched the view since she was let go. i only hope the show gets canceled. i also hope elisabeth gets canceled. i cant stand her. i was a faithful watcher of the view until star left. i didnt like it when merideth left but as long as star was there, i watched. i am a white educated 48 year old female....just for the record.

41. i think that elizabeth shd be the next to leave. I've never liked her from day one. she's too opionated, and i know barbara wanted women who had a lot to say but this woman talks to much and about nothing. I also think that barbara should not allow rosie to tallk about oprah and whether or not she's gay or not. friends don't mean a hell of a lot on that show. that's why i'm glad i don't watch it anymore. i just happen to be on the internet and reading my headlines. take the whole show off its not interesting anymore. rosie has nothing to talk about but people she doesn't like.

42. Everyone is downing Elisabeth. If Rosie, Joy, and Barbara have a right to their opinions, doesn't Elisabeth have a right to hers? Seems the problem is most people just don't agree with her, so she doesn't have a right to express them. Give everyone an equal chance. Elisabeth doesn't push her beliefs any more than Rosie or Joy do.

43. My sympathy goes out to each of you with negative thoughts and views about Elizabeth. Someone had the audacity to say that Elizabeth is too in your face with her Christian views, but what about Rosie...always wanting to talk about her gayness. I'm gay, you're gay, they're gay. That's who is so in your face. If she chooses to live the rest of her life, commited to sin, just do it and leave the rest of us out of it. And no one is born gay. It's a choice. Just as I have a choice whether to cheat on my husband or not, those who call themselves gay have the same..... a choice to make.

People God is real, and believe it or not, hell is just as real and even hotter. America has turned it's back on God and we wonder why things are such a mess. It's because we have allowed so many sinful things to infiltrate our societies. This includes Rosie's belief that she should be able to marry another woman. The bible clearly speaks against these things in the books of Leviticus and Romans. For those of you who chose to only believe 1/2 of the bible, that's old and new testaments.

Bottom line is, I agree with about 98% of Elizabeth's views. That's because they are based upon scripture.....straight from the bible.... or as we Christian's know it, Straight from the mouth of God.

People wake up. If you don't believe because of what you've heard, read it for yourselves. We are living in the last days and time is quickly running out. Turn to God and accept His son Jesus Christ as your Savior before it's too late. Don't let His AWESOME sacrafice be in vain. Instead of hell, death and destruction, Choose Life!!!

45. Barbara Walters is the head of this Show. Rosie needs to be a tad more respectful to all of them and not come out like gang busters with that big mouth. Rosie needs to tone it down a tad and leave out the gay stuff............................NOT NECESSARY AND WHO CARESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS who sleeps with who. Get A Life.
I Love the View I just hope Rosie doesn't end the show.
