Rosie To O: Admit It, Already!

Rosie O'Donnell trained her gaydar on Oprah Winfrey and her BFF Gayle King on "The View," saying that the talk-show queen and her BFF Gayle King are, despite their protestations to the contrary and despite their not being full-blown lovers, "a tiny bit gay." As the denizens of "The View" mused about Oprah and Gayle's cross-country trip, as chronicled on Oprah's season premiere Monday, Rosie turned her attention to the pair. Her assessment? "You might be a little bit gay, you're just not doin' it," she said of O and G, explaining that an absence of sex wouldn't preclude the pair from sharing in a certain sapphic satisfaction.

Whether or not she's pushing Oprah and Gayle towards an admission, Rosie also said that she thinks everyone could be "a tiny bit gay." Needless to say, her cohort and sparring partner Elisabeth Hasselbeck does not.

A call to Oprah's rep at Harpo Productions was not returned. And Rosie, on her blog yesterday, lavished praise on Oprah and the premiere, saying that she was "brilliant," "beautiful," and "something else all [sic] together."

31. Caroline did Cheryl hit a nerve? LOL!! Seems like from your comment that you know she is right and you don't like to hear it.
And Cheryl, hon, I understand your place in trying to explain the TRUTH about homosexuality and God's view on it, but don't get so upset over this world and it's choice to be sinful. I am sure you know the bible says God loves His children forever, even those who reject Him until their death.
Do your part honey, don't ruin your witness, and remember that when they stand at the feet of God, stumbling over their explanations, you did as much as you could to love the ones who hated you just like Jesus did.

In His Service,
Jennifer

32. How does it seem like from my comment I "know she is right"? How in ANY way did you gather that? I'm at a loss.

33. GOD MADE ADAM AND EVE NOT ADAM AND STEVE!!!!!!!!! Does anyone have a rusty barb Caroline can borrow?? Being gay IS a choice. It IS. Kind of like being stupid. Which most of you have obviously chosen even though there is an Institute of higher learning in almost every city in America. Cheryl, don't worry about these people. Sin blinds people. You should know that. Ignorance is bliss. You telling them being a homo is wrong and pointed out God saying so makes them accountable.

37. Oprah and Gay-ale are good friends. WE have no proof that they are gay. Maybe they are but there inter-homphobia is keeping them from being lovers

38. I have a hunch Rosie is going after Oprah because she's pissed off that Oprah told her to waddle away on the double when she tried to taste of some of that chocolate pussy pudding. Am I on to something? Inquiring minds want to know.

39. We all know that Oprah IS gay. This is such a NON-issue because she opts to stay in the closet and she has enough $$$ to do so.

40. Interesting suggestion (Cheryl) that Rosie keep her comments to herself. Perhaps all of the co-hosts should just sit there quitely and read the bible. It's call "The View" not "Cheryl's View"

41. Cheryl think for yourself! The Bible was written by men and not god! The Bible also has an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth. You must disagree with that! Christians also belive that all the Jews are going to hell! Well sorry lady that's not true! Yes I agree about Rosie should not say everybody is a liitle "gay". She be more correct to say Oprah & Gayle semm a little gay! Now go to church and get brainwashed some more!

44. Stan buddy, use spell check. The bible was written by men FOR God. Cheryl does think for herself. The rest of you are brain washed into thinking being a homo is right. You think just like EVERYONE ELSE does!! Not her. She thinks like she should and she is right.

45. When Rosie was in the closet, quite a few of you had a HUGE problem with her not openly admitting that she was gay. Now that she has turned that wicked sense of humor on Okra, you do not believe it is anyone else's business whether someone else is gay or straight. Humph, I must have missed that memo. Second point-why is it "uncool" to bash Okra and Stedman for their lifestyle but it is ok to ridicule Rosie for being fat? With so many double standards on this board, it is hard to keep score.
