8. Maybe he was angry because she told him the 90’s are over and so is his 15 minutes of fame. What a loser, to hit a women? And this isn’t the first time, it’s chronic with this guy. He’s like 5’ 6” or something, it must be the short man syndrome that makes him so mean. Although he’s not much of a man in my book. I’d like to see him to try and hit a man. I’d knock his teeth out.

10. Let me get this right... Lou Diamond Phillips -- always a favorite of mine in E-Ring -- beats a woman, and you'll hear nothing more about it. It'll make two or three Hollywood Web sites. Had Travolta or Cruise or any other *Scientology" celebrity done such an awful thing, and he'd be in Washington Post headlines, and lead off every 6 o'clock news.

Media are so eager to hate Scientology, because they are so misinformed on the religion, that they try to devour any Scientologist who speaks out for his/her religion or its beliefs, its humanitarian projects, etc.

Cruise speaks curtly to Matt Lauer saying Brooke Shields shouldn't blanketly encourage mothers to take anti-depressants, and the press writhes for weeks. Phillips slaps around a woman, and the story disappears in a poof.

Didn't these writers ever go to journalism school?

Why are most people on always on the womans side?A woman can beat on a man,and I guess that's ok?Women want to be equal,well,arrest them as equals when they do dumb stuff like that too.He was ,and IS deffinately WRONG WRONG WRONG for what he did.WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!As in not right.Let's find out why he did what he did though,shall we?

13. There is NO EXCUSE for using physical violence against a woman. I think he sould be man enough to find a better way to communicate his feelings than this fists. He is a coward.

Only a weak man with low self esteem resorts to this type of tactic . He should be ashamed of himself. Come on Lou. We know you're strong . Go after Mike Tyson if you want ot show the world how strong you are. Beating up a woman only displays you as a weak and frustrated man. Next time you get that pissed off , go outside, count to 10, and then hit a tree. A tree won't get hurt and you won't have to go to jail. Just try a little restraint next time you get pisst off. A little goes a long way.
