32. I saw this public announcement Paul made back in 1992 and it is very good. I found it to be surprisingly effective. He did a great job. I'm looking forward to seeing his children's "Pee Wee's Playhouse' show again after all this time, to see how it works over a decade after it ran. It should be interesting. I never understood why Paul never did Shakespeare & drama. He had the voice, the acting ability, the ability to write, I just never understood why we didn't see him do some long dramatic piece ever. Maybe someday he will.

Um, if you're doing your job as a PARENT, your kids wouldn't have enough knowledge to ask that question! I mean, if they're in upper elementary/middle/high school it's one thing. 41. Good man, PeeWee (Paul)! Doing something good for people, especially kids! (See Debbie, the word is spelled eSpecially, not eXpecially... learn how to spell!) I'm glad he's doing something good for the public now. Hopefully this will turn his name around to being a good guy and people will forget about when he got busted for "doinking off" in a porn theater... 14 YEARS AGO!! Besides, that's what those places are there for to begin with.
I remember PeeWee from back in the 80's when he had his show PeeWee's Playhouse. It was fun to watch when I was a kid, and now it's back on Cartoon Network or Nickelodeon for kids to watch now.
So, let's forget about Paul Reubens getting busted 14 YEARS AGO and give the guy a second chance. We all make mistakes in life. Time moves on.

43. Paul Rubens as Pee Wee Hreman is genius. I danced with my son to the opening of his show every week and we laughed and giggled at all the happy shinanigans that went on in that wonderful, wacky playhouse of his. His "theater adventure" does not take away a single happy thought of those times with my son or the times I sat alone and watched over and over again all the wonderful characters and great messages Pee Wee was sending out to those who were fortunate enough to watch his blilliance unfold. Anyone for ice cream soup!!

45. forget about your heart. crack will eat your brain first. reubens is employing pee wee as he must, but while living nine months in a skid row hotel in the ghetto, my first hand observation on crack is that it kills many more brains before it does hearts. the gov't message is off the mark and is almost an endorsement of crack, in that it presents the less likely health risk. almost every crack user i knew was suffering sever mental damage to the point where if you did not know they were crack-heads, you would think they were retarded or mentally handicapped. this is the message that young people should be receiving. crack will destroy your mind.
