18. Sometimes one margarita can put you at the limit, especially if you haven't eaten much. Regardless, she's an adult and she should have to deal with this as any adult would. I personally do not like her, and could care less what happens. But in all fairness she should face what others face, and that is the license restriction, probation and AA meetings.
