47. This anorexia thing with the celebrities is getting serious. I think the ad campaigns and paparazi need to start photographing stars that have some body mass and making them famous for being normal and maybe the "fuss over the Skinnies" will end and these girls will take note and plump up a little. It's hard to look at these girls like this ,as my husband tells me he feels like a pedophile watching any of their movies as all their bodies are prepuberescent and they are in their 20s and 30s not 10 or 11. We need more Angelina, Scarlett, and Penelope and less, Nicole, Kate Hudson, and Kate Bosworth.
Bring sexy back to the screen too. Madrid is starting we need to follow suit.

49. I don't care what she is saying, something is wrong with her! And if it's not anorexia or bulimia, I don't know what it is. But SOMETHING has to be done for this poor girl! What's it going to take for these girls like, Nicole Ritchie or Kate Boseworth to seek the help the OBVIOUSLY need? A death????

50. WOW!!! She has really made herself a bag of bones. She needs help NOW! I'm surprised she hasn't been hospitalized for passing out from the malnutrition. Her family really needs to help her realize she needs help. I have a friend who was anorexic a few years ago. She was 5ft. 6inch. and only weighed 89 lbs. She was a sac of bones as well and she didn't want to believe she had a problem. Her parents had died a year before in a car crash and she was an only child with no siblings. Her aunt who lived with her didn't pay attention to her always puting her down for things and she told me that she felt her weight was all she was in control of. She didn't see what I sawwhen she looked in the mirror. She saw an overweight person who she thought was ugly and discusting. She didn't see the bones that poked out or the fact that she was visually killing herself. I talked her in to getting help and for a while she refused disbelieving her problem. Until one day when she passed out while cleaning and I had gone over and checked to see how she was doing and found her on the kitchen floor. I called an ambulance and she had went to the hospital where the doctors also told her she needed help. She finally listened and checked herself in to a place for eating disorders. She is doing well now and has gained around 40 lbs. She still struggles, but she fights all the way. Alot of times those with eating disorders don't let themself believe that they need help pretty much convincing themself they don't to the point where they can't control themself of the weight they lose. Even though my friend got help in time, not all get the help they need before it's too late. I really hope Nicole gets help before it's too late. Her family and friends need to get up and try to help her and keep pushing for her to get because they don't always listen and are still in denile. For anyone who knows some one or thinks some one has an eating disorder needs to get them help. Or if you have one yourself and stop and get help. Society is hard about being thin etc. I'm sure it's much harder being a celebrity, constantly being in the spot light. It's up to us to be able to except ourselves and if some one's going to jugde you based on your looks, etc. then they're not the people you want in you life anyhow. Good luck Nicole and I hope and pray you get the help you need and your friends and family will be there for you.

51. NICOLE IS DYING OF ANOREXIA RIGHT BEFORE AMERICA'S EYES. That's why people talk about her situation. They want her to get help, and her family are the only ones that can really intervene. I, for one, am appalled at Lionel refusing to deal with her condition. He took her to a single quack, who mouthed the words Lionel wanted to hear ("Nothing to deal with here. No discomfort for you!") Take her to 5-10 various M.D.'s who have no interest in your fame and money, and see what THEY say. And, yes; Nicole used to be beautiful -- very exotic and appealing -- now she looks like the corpse whe will soon be if SOMEONE DOESN'T HELP HER. And one more thing, when it happens, I hope Lionel doesn't start sobbing, "I just didn't realize." Thousands of bloggers have been begging him to face facts for months -- YOUR DAUGHTER IS DYING IN FRONT OF AMERICA'S EYES, LIONEL.
