16. My comment is to dear old Grandmother who " grieved" for Daniel. You act as if Nicole caused her son's death, which isn't the case. How dare you call anyone " self-righteous" when you're on your little soap box determining who should or shouldn't have the newborn. Are you a counselor? a judge? a family member or someone qualified to make those decisions? The answer is NO, so until that day, don't pretend to know better just because you happen to be a grandmother. Maybe we should ask your son or daughter if you made EVERY perfect decision when you were raising them. Chances are, you didn't!

19. I think this whole thing is very sad. If Howard really is the father he should have the paternity test done to prove it and shut everyone up. Personally I don't believe he is the father.
I've always liked Anna Nicole, but having that commitment celebration while Daniel isn't even in the ground yet blew me away. As a mother myself I can't imagine celebrating anything only a few weeks after a child of mine had died. It just boggles the mind.

20. And now the media is reporting that Anna had her baby elsewhere because they do not conduct tests regarding drugs...meth it appears is an issue. If this is true, then I applaud Birkhead for wanting to have the baby tested and, if the tests come out positive for drugs for him to have custody of the child. I feel sorry for Anna Nicole but sometimes you truly need to hit bottom before you can begin to appreciate life.

21. well #10 , it isnt really any of our business but we are here reading just like you are.........In my opinion, if it is his baby then by all means he should be able to see his child . Obviosly she is paying him no respect and he had been supportive since day one , they had been out shopping together for the baby until she decided she wanted to move on to the next man . I understand him wanting to know if he has a baby out there... wouldnt you ?
Anna of all people should understand how it feels to have a child taking away from them . I think she is being very selfish ! I think alot of people who are or were feeling so sorry for her are going to start disliking her all over again over this . If he needs to go on LIVE TV then so be it , whatever it takes to get her attention !

25. Hold onto your seats!!!! Scandalous! I think he is the baby's father. I don't see a man doing all of this and not be 100% sure. I want to see how Howard squirms his away around this one.................. Poor Daniel. Howard is so damn controlling, I would not be suprised if he slipped Danny the "methodone", to get him out the way and have Anna completely under his control. Just my opinion.

27. Larry has all the rights to find out if this child is his. That being said, I hope and pray that he holds the best interest of the child at heart, and there isn't an ulterior motive working here. I have never heard of this guy before he went on all the infotainment shows, speaking out that he was the sperm donor to ANS baby. Who is he anyways? An actor? I hope he isn't using the legal system, for some type of blackmail scheme, or to garner his 15 minutes of fame.

28. For crying out loud, Anna just lost her son 3 weeks ago and now Birkhead has filed to get custody of her new baby....he should have some compassion and be satified with getting the paternity issue straightened out first

30. No man would go through this much trouble if he didnt believe the child was his. Larry has already indicated that he went with Anna to several OB Appointments and was there for the ultrasounds as well. He has ultrasound pics of the baby. How would he possibly get them unless he went with Anna to the OB Dr? He also indicated that Anna had him put his hand prints in the infants Baby Book under the caption "Daddy", prior to the infants birth.
Also, take a good look at Anna. TrimSpa Isnt the only drugs she is taking. And Howards Interview on Larry King.... that Crack Pot is on drugs to. No wonder why Anna's son passed. If he see's him mother popping pills, and mom's BFF, Howard taking drugs, then he probably thought it to was ok to be taking drugs to.
I have children, and if one of my kids died of a lethal prescription drugs overdose, I would be sueing the ass off the Doctor that prescribed the meds to my child. I would not be out on a boat in the Bahamas having a committment ceremony to my attorney. And, if Howard S. was functioning in the capacity of a real attorney, he would have filed a wrongful death suit against the medical facility that was doping Anna's son, instead of trying to hump the dead child's mother, and steal his half sister from her real father, all while advising Anna to sell the last pics of her dead son for money. WTF!
Honestly, Anna's Baby would be better off being raised by wolves. Anna is so messed up on drugs, she can't even think for herself anymore. She needs to come back to the US, allow Larry to have the paternity test done on the baby, and check her silly ass into the Betty Ford Clinic to kick her drug habbit. Then and only after she tests clean for drugs should she be allowed to care for her infant.
As for Anna's Attorney, Howard. He is one crazy SOB trying to pass himself off as the baby's daddy. That unethical terd should be Disbarred from ever practicing law. Oh yah, he only has one client anyway, and he certainly didnt follow the law with her.
