I agree with number 33 "True", Anna is the mother of her child and her motherhood should be respected, rather than his man appointing himself father of the century because he may have gotten Anna pregnant. Of course there will be drugs in Anna's system as the doctors have said they had to drug her before she'd even leave her son's body. I think its heartless of this other man from California, to demand a paternity test and possible of a child Anna just gave birth to. He obviously doesn't care about Anna or her baby but just himself. Mothers aren't exchangeable, the baby knows the difference. I'm sure he wants Anna and the cash she is expecting from the lawsuit regarding her ex-husband's estate and is using her baby to twist her arm. Whether the blond is the father or not, he's real scum.

I am sure glad your not my grandmother. I would have put you in a retirment home long ago and only visited you once a month. As you said you are a self proclaimed councillor, if indeed you were, would it not be smart to wait for more concrete evidence before pointing fingers at people (ANS and HKS)? They are a little weird but that doesn't make them bad parents or people. Your snap judgments on people make me wonder if you are in the proper field of work, your job is to council not to put lables on people you don't even know. Is this how you treat all your clients? Maybe you could just knitt sweaters and watch Wheel of Fortune, oops I just made the assumption that because your old thats all you like to do.

Larry Birkhead isn't looking for 15 minutes of fame. He just wants to know the truth about the baby who might be his daughter. Mr. Birkhead has an impossible task up against an insidious pair. It's time for Anna Nicole and Howard K. Stern to lose themselves in the Bermuda triangle along with all their money.

The ultimate revenge is for Mr. Birkhead to write a book on his time with Anna Nicole. Does he have a video tape?

Your claim to be a Councelor (LCSW) is quite a joke. With your comments on here, I would not be too surprised if your license had been "revoked" and you spend your time on here making assessments on people you have not even counceled (ANNA OR HOWARD OR LARRY) to feel good about yourself. I have never known of a councelor who passed such judgment on people they do not even know. LCSW? Does that mean, "Loser Crazy Stupid Woman?

Photojournalist Larry Birkhead, an ex-boyfriend of Smith's who claims he fathered the newborn Dannie Lynn Hope, has filed suit in a Los Angeles court demanding Smith return to the United States and submit the baby to a paternity test.

Smith was served with court papers Monday in the Bahamas, Birkhead's lawyer, Debra Opri, told The Associated Press.

The lawsuit contains allegations, untested in a court of law, that Smith is a methadone addict and that her lawyer and boyfriend, Howard K. Stern, has been enabling her habit.

Methadone was one of three drugs in the bloodstream of Smith's late son, Daniel, 20, who died of a heart attack in his mother's Bahamian hospital room on Sept. 10, three days after Dannie Lynn's birth. Three people were reportedly in the room when he died: Smith, her baby, and Stern."
