Paternity Suit Filed Against Anna Nicole

61. My heart goes out to Anna Nicole....granted I didn't have a great deal of admiration for her in light of some of her antics, but the poor woman has lost her son. None of us should have to bury our children--especially a child that for all appearances was healthy prior to his death. Did this Berkhead jerk ever truly care for Anna Nicole? Why would he even try to take her baby girl away from her in the midst of her grief? Did he ever truly care for her? Yes, the "wedding" to Howard K. Stern was bizarre, but please cut the girl a little slack. Her heart is broken. She may engage in some truly questionable things, but who is to say that Mr. Birkhead would make such a stellar parent...he joined in the craziness that is Anna Nicole's life quite willingly...now he questions her behavior? I don't think he is any better qualified to be a parent than she is. At least no one doubts her love for her children. Let Anna grieve in peace...My thoughts and prayers are with her. We're all human and humans make mistakes. Let's show her some compassion. This is not the time to hold court and judge her.

There's a new shocking twist in this Anna Nicole Smith saga/scandal/baby birth/son death/saga. ET is reporting that Anna was hospitalized in order to detox from a drug addiction to Methodone in the Bahamas. This is the same drug that was found in Daniel Smith at the time of his death. The drug is mainly used to ween people on drugs like heroin. Sources say Anna's been addicted to it for nearly 3 years.

63. first off none of us have the right to judge anyone at any time ,under any circumstance. if we did then we would be god. enjoy your 15 sec of a flash into the lives of the rich and famous . take it for what its worth!! nonething more then a look into their lives. no matter how open they make their live it still gives us no right to determin that they should have their children taken away!!!!!! not very many of us are the next mother of god i m not a perfect parent. i have my faults just like the next person . ye with out sin cast the first stone . 64. Larry Birkhead is a man who is obviously comfortable with having a relationship with a drug user and fathering children with them. Where was his "fatherly" concern when he chose to put himself into the postion of impregnating a drug user not once but twice by his claims? Hmmm...maybe it's not the baby he's actually concerned about but money.

65. I see some of you folks are pretty angry at my speculation that Daniel was actually the father of the baby.

That’s okay, because frankly I really enjoy angering people; it's one of my many skills.

At any rate, you can think the idea is outrageous, and totally without merit.
However, I look forward to seeing that I was right on the money.

I feel for anyone who looses a child, even someone who quickly sells the last pictures of her and said child for outrageous amounts of money.
Yet, if you people think the idea is crazy, then I suggest you OPEN YOUR GODAMNED EYES to the fact that these people don’t live in the real world.

In the real world that kind of behavior is insane...yes.

66. Anna Nicole has another child. How tragic for her. The child, not nutsy. If you saw her train wreck....er, TV show, you could see she was wasted most of the time, and Howard Stern (what a perfect name) is just a hanger-on trying to get some of Dopey's money. Who is really surprised her son died of a drug overdose? He had a great teacher. I saw the news videos of her in the Bahamas mourning the loss of her son by gyrating and rubbing her boobs on the window of the boat she was on. I was surprised her bikini wasn't black. Does she know he is dead? And why was she partying on a boat instead of caring for her newborn. I give the kid 10 years tops.

67. I think this lawyer is just a crook. He is old and has found this so-called washed up icon to hang his hat on. I wouldn't put anything past him. I think he is a low life scum sucking pig. This whole so-called marriage which isn't legal by any standard is just another sham. ANS is a lost woman and I think she is out of touch with how she is being used and manipulated. Someone should keep a very, very close eye on her so-called husband the lawyer creep.

68. I am sure the attorney and Anna are already conducting a paternity test to determine if he is the father. It would be smart to eliminate him first...then if it is proven she wouldnt have to submit a test to the other man.

69. I think Anne Smith needs Professional Help. She appears to be unstable. I think the baby belongs to Birkhead and I hope he gets custody of her. He is not after the money. Then the nerve for Anne to go out and get married right after her son dies she is wacked no time for mourning. As I said she needs professional help.

70. have you ppl read what Berkheart wants?Other than proof of his parental rights he is now asking for legal sole custody of the little girl. I can not believe anyone can be that damn heartless! Anna has tragically lost one son already and hasn't even begun to get over that shock and now this a**hole comes up demanding to take the little girl away from her mother! I wish I could slap his face. I can not believe he audasity of this man. Sure bet you if he'd knocked up some girl that had a crush on him he would not be so anxious to find out if he was the dad. He'd be running in the other direction I' d bet you. I say leave this poor woman alone. She has enough to indure for right now.

I hate the sight of ANS I always have, there was just something about her, she's just so trashy and now look at her, she's hiding out as a squater in a house owned by a former friend who she is totally taken advantage of, she took drugs when she was pregnant and she's still off her face, she caused the death of her son; of that i'm almost certain and she was partying on a yacht having some stupid commitment ceremony; which isn't even legally binding for a start like a proper marriage, while her son's body lay abandoned and unburied in a funeral parlour and she lied about the paternity of her kid and HKS is a stupid c**t for going along with it. Well at least she stopped marrying rich, old gits for their money I guess.
