77. Well, maybe the courts should give Alec access so he can slap her around just like he did his wife. I sure wouldn't put it past him. The parents are certainly doing their best to warp that kids brain and make her a dysfunctional imbecile like her parents. Thats the thing about La La land. 80. As a women married to a man with kids from a previous marriage, I am appalled at how the women on here are only siding with Kim without knowing much about the Baldwin's custody battles.

Kim will not let Alec see his daughter when it is his weekend. She disappears then lies and says she told him. She will not let him speak to her during the week on the phone. Kim says the kid is asleep....all day long.

He has had to fight for every visitation. That is why this battle continues to rage. She will NOT comply with what the court laid down. Then Alec has to take her to court and HE LOOKS bad when it is KIM'S FAULT!

This woman is psycho!!!!!

During and after a divorce the ONLY people important are the KIDS....PERIOD! Whomever has the kids should make it as easy as possible on the other spouse and let them see THEIR KIDS as often as possible. It is the KIDS lives that are screwed up. There should be peace when it comes to visitation. Using visitation rights as a way to get back at an EX is PSYCHO! If this happens, the court should give custody to the OTHER parent. Let the bitch find out how it feels to be denied your child.

It isn't fun having to BEG to see YOUR CHILD. I saw my husband go through it with his psycho EX and I know what it does to a man. I saw the same happen to my sister when she lost custody, so I've seen it work both ways.

It's easy to blame Alec, but he is NOT the PROBLEM!

81. I am a father of two that is in a similar situation. While I can say that I hate Alec Baldwin and all of his ultra-liberal causes, I can also state that I am 100% behind him on this. Modern family law has been twisted so much by the feminist movement to give women more and more rights and excluding the father out of kids lives. My ex-wife managed to hide my kids for many years and she did not even get a slap on the wrist. Now that visitation has been restored, my son is completely messed up. He does not know who to trust now because of my ex's greed and want for revenge against me because of a really nasty divorce. My daughter just turned eighteen and she sees the truth for what it is and now spends a lot more time with me. Because of it, her life has improved greatly. She admits that she needs her Dad in her life, just like all kids do. Unfortunately, those that have commented thus far believe that all men are molesters or abusers and that we should have no rights. They automatically assume that because Alec is male that he is an abuser. It is that kind of rhetoric that has created the totally out of control family laws that are on the books today.

86. I lost custody of my two daughters when my wife and I divorced. (surprise)

I made sure her and I got closure on every little thing because I knew that would be good for the children.

It was, and we all get along just fine, including me and my ex.

There were times she did things I didn't agree with, but we talked it out. You do what you have to do for the children. Now, they have children, and a good example to follow.

By the way, my now and forever wife says Alec is a creep, so it must be true. I have to go with Kim on this one, although she is clearly a psycho. That doesn't mean she's a bad mother.

88. I am a single mother of two, and I have to take sides with Alec here. They both need to stop and grow up, but I tell you one thing if someone was keeping me from seeing my child I would do EVERYTHING legal I needed to do to see her. What would you do if your ex was keeping you from seeing or talking with your child? Hang your head and go on your way? No, I did not think so, so why is everyone bashing a dad who just wants to see his kid?
