I understand your anger at Kim for all the stuff she is doing to you and your family, but you need to stop letting her get to you, because this is what she is doing so you can look bad. I don't care that you have a life that is not the greatess but so down. If you want to get everthing you have coming as a father so down and play your cards right, play the role and most of all once you get the visitation behave in front of your daughter and the public. I really for you and wish she would just stop all this. I do understand because my son had a ex like Kim and just wanted my granddaughter for his Social Security monies.

And to bring that up is irrelevant and you're only trying to take this opportunity to put a spotlight on your opinions. Actually it really just looks like the same person posting with different names. I don't like Democrats or Republicans... both sides are guilty of repugnant deceits to the American people. So stop trying to polish a turd... As for these two, they are waging a war against each other at their daughter’s expense. I feel bad for her.

94. They may be famous but ordinary people go through this all the time. I went through exactly the same thing. My ex-wife didn't allow me to phone my son or she listened in on the line while we talked, she made plans for all of our time together presenting me with an itinerary every time I picked him up, and finally just stopped showing up at our pickup point.

You then have no choice except to go back to court. In PA they keep sending you to an arbitrator. We did that three times and he would admonish her and she'd make her list of unreasonable demands and the next day nobodies at the pickup point.

When you finally get her into court she gets fined the money you pay in child support.

I asked my lawyer how these things turn out and he said they always end. I asked how? He said, "People get tired." What he meant was, "You'll get tired." And I did. After I stopped trying, I didn't see my son for 16 months. After about a year, he made a promise on the phone that we'd get together during the "summer." In August, two weeks before school started, I called and we finally saw each other.

By that time my son was 16, he was six-foot four inches, 320 pounds and fighting with his mother who was using the police to enforce discipline. She started every fight. (As she did with me) She finally threw him out and called me to find him and pick him on the road with his little sack of personal items.

I don't like Alex one bit but I'm willing to give him the benefit of a doubt in this. As much as I can I feel sorry for both of them.

100. From what I have understood, Kim was trying to protect her daughter from Alec and his abuse. He abused her and did not want her daughter to be abused. To be honest, I cannot fault her for that.

Then again, I do not know the in and outs of this situation, just going on what is known about the both of them.

Based on previous reports, it appears that Kim is trying to protect her daughter from what she believes are the "evils" of Alec Baldwin. But this battle has just gone from bad to worse & I dont think it's serving anyone - especially their daughter - any good.

And TMZ has this way of obtaining the worst possible photo of anyone. Ol' Kim looks blazed.

102. Kim doesn't realize nor care about the damage she is doing to her daughter. All she cares about is herself and separating her daughter from the love of her father. She is not better than anyone, nor a better mother, nor a better parent, nor a better actress. Look at what just happened to another famous mother's son. Was that an ideal example of a mother? We feel that fathers' are just as responsible and caring with their children. Just look at what John Murtari is going through locked in a jail cell in a hunger strike just to see his child. Please society, where are family values?? Fathers have the same rights to be with their children. We hope the L.A. Judge takes a stance against child abuse and Parental Alienation Syndrome (SAP) once and for all and sends Kim to Jail and turns custody over to Alec, he has proven to care more for his daughter than she has. She is wrong.

One or both of these parents may have psychological issues... Alec - such as he is --- is entitled to parental visits and legally authorized telephone access. What's Kim problem? Instead of being passive-agressive - and violating a couret order - she should make any case against Alec in court - not denying her daughter and Alec their rights to spend time together.

Women are proven to equally suffer or be afflicted with personality disorders, bi-polar disease, neuroses, be immoral/amoral and abusive in all forms as can be Men. Stop hiding behind unfair gender entitlements.

If Alec had primary custody and he was denying Kim court ordered access to their daughter - he probably be in jail and fined and loose access rights to his daughter!

If woment truly want equality (?) then they have to pay the same price for wrongdoings.. and get drafted in the next big stupid World War and serve in the infantry.

104. Craig in L.A. you hit the nail on the head. It is not about Kim and Alec, it is about their daughter having the right to be with her dad, and in turn Alec's right to be with his daughter. If Kim is impeading that relationship than she should go to jail same as John Murtari, pay the fine, and be obligated to get mental and emotional treatment because she is trying to destroy her daughter's rights to be with her father. If there is any reason why the child does not want to be with her father it is due to KIM and something called PAS. 105. We have never seen more hypocresy. Kim has custody of the child and yet Alex is the one causing all the harm and damage? Wrong. The mother is at fault. The father is just watching out for his daughter. She has got to go to jail and stop doing it. That is child abuse in its worse degree called PAS. Protecting childrens' rights around the world.
