17. I HAVE TRIED TO BE OBJECTIVE ABOUT THIS WHOLE THING. AND WHILE MY HEART STILL GOES OUT FOR THE LOSS OF DANIEL. SOMETHING IS REALLY WRONG WHEN A MOTHER WHO HAS JUST LOST HER CHILD, GOES AROUND LOOKING FOR A WEDDING DRESS AND GETS MARRIED (WHETHER IT IS LEGALLY BINDING OR NOT),TAKES PICTURES LIKE SHE IS THE BLUSHING BRIDE ,WHILE HER DEAD CHILD IS STILL LAYING IN SOME COLD SLAB FOR THREE WEEKS. THIS JUST DID IT FOR ME. SOMETHING IS REALLY WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE. I HAVE TRIED TO UPHOLD HER ACTIONS, BUT NOW I HAVE CONCEDED THAT EITHER ANNA NICOLE IS ONE VERY MENTALLY SICK WOMAN THAT SHOULDN'T EVEN BE ALLOWED TO MAKE DECISIONS ON HER OWN OR SHE IS ONE OF THE MOST RUTHLESS, HEARTLESS, DESPICABLE HUMAN BEINGS ON EARTH. THERE IS NO WAY ANYONE WITH AN OUNCE OF SANITY OR A HEART THAT WOULD DO SOMETHING LIKE THAT. PERIOD!!! LARRY BIRKHEAD SHOULD NOT STOP UNTIL HE FINDS OUT IF DANNILYNN IS HIS CHILD OR NOT. AND IF THE CHILD IS HIS, HE SHOULD TRY TO GET CUSTODY OF THAT CHILD BECAUSE ANNA HAS ALREADY PROVEN THAT SHE IS NOT FIT TO BE A GOOD MOTHER TO THIS CHILD BECAUSE SHE IS EITHER NOT MENTALLY FIT TO RAISE A CHILD OR BECAUSE SHE IS JUST A RUTHLESS, DRUG ADDICTED, SELF ABSORBED PERSON.. IF ALL OF THE RIGHT TESTS ARE DONE, LARRY SHOULDN'T HAVE MUCH OF A PROBLEM CONVINCING THE COURT OF THAT.

Wow ! You really don't like Anna. I pretty much agree with what you said except
for the part where you wish Anna and Howard harm. I think the punishment is far worse staying alive and having to endure the rath of the general population once they understand how DEVIOUS these two are.. Soon these 2 will be the most hated people ever. For a woman as narcistic as Anna is, that is a fate worse than death. She loves that adulation.

For both of them it has always been about the money and the fame. Niether of them could care less about a human life unless it's their own.There should be a law against people like Anna being able to concieve a child.

Once that methodone is traced back to her...... the public will turn on her. She will be ostrasized and any remaining respect that she has will be gone. I still can not believe there are people out there defending this bitch.

The fact that Daniel never had a respectable burial tells it all. She is so busy with her own selfish needs she can't see anything else. Partying and celebrating while covorting around a FAKE ceremony is not the act of a grieving mother. SHe is so transparent. Her actions are only going to help Birkhead. She deserves everything she is going to get. God rest Daniels soul .Thank goodness he doesn't have to face yet another scandal his mother has created to be played out in the media. We all need to say a lot of prayers for Danilynn. She is going to need them.

By the way. THe baby doesn't look a thing like Howard K. Stern. Thank goodness. But again , it 's just another positive point for Birkhead.

Well..everyone is missing the point here...she is a CELEBRITY..she courts publicity by marrying some old geezer..starring in her own reality show where it was obvious in at least a few episodes that she was either drunk, stoned or under the influence of some type of drug (or all of the above)....days after her son is dead she "marries" her attorney on a catamaran in the Bahamas.....I guess for this chick bad publicity is better than no publicity at all...as for the rest of you here that are out of touch with reality..shed your tears for someone who matters.

21. Hello to all. I have posted this on another article but wish for you all to read this in defense of my family
I am a member of the Birkhead family. In fact my last name is also Birkhead and your negative posts are unbelievable. My family is so upset over this matter. I would first like to say to TEAM BIRKHEAD, GO BIRKHEAD GO and Wise old OWL: Thank you for defending Larry. He is a very good person and really wants to be a part of this childs life, we all do. To all others I would like to set the record straight. Here are the facts:

Larry has never used drugs. When he met Anna she was not using around him, when he found that she was using he made her quit then she would use in private or behind his back.

Larry will submit to a drug test, a polygraph and DNA test.

Larry did come forward in June as the father - please see previous articles on this website as well as others.

Larry is getting a lot of work. He always has. He photographs for USA today, severalprivate agencies, he is the exclusive photographer for the star parties at the Kentucky Derby, he works regularly for Tori Spelling and her family and many more celebreties. This is not about money.

He has requested that Anna come back to the states for a test because the country of the Bahamas is a very poor country and the legal system has been known to commit fraudulant acts for money. We want a US issued paternity test. The baby was conceived in LA and thats where the tests should be performed- that is a law.

Anna is a known drug addict, if any mother of any child was addicted to drugs the courts would take that child and give it to the other parent. The other parent would be due child support as well. Any parent would want their child safe. This has nothing to do with fame and fortune. Larry has been in the media limelight with celebrities way before he met Anna Nicole.

Any person who knew that a mother was on drugs during and post pregnancy would want the child drug tested if the mother was breast feeding and giving that baby drugs via breast milk. Methadone was found in her room during the birth of the baby.

It is so unfair for people to judge Larry for wanting that baby who he was so excited about for so many months. He did demand that Anna get off drugs when he found out she was pregnant and was by her side during detox. She continued to risk the life of ttheir newborn child. That is why he requested a drug test. WOULDNT YOU?

Finally I would like to add... this is Anna's baby. She does have the right to greive. BUT she does not have the right to take away a baby from its father under any circumstance. If she needs time to grieve, get married, party etc the childs father should be the one that would be 1st in line to help with the baby during this time. Howard Stern is and always has been very jealous over Larry and every time he takes a picture of him and that precious baby and sells it to the media he is doing it to get to Larry.

This is a very sad situation. Anna asked larry to tell his parents they were having a baby. They were to be grandparents, they were excited and for her to pull this evil act is cruel. I hope that some of you read this and change your mind about the situation. No mother should do this to a child, a father and take away this baby from his family and hers. She does not have the right to be intoxicated while caring for a baby an she certainly does not have the right to pretend that Howard is the father of that baby when she knows it is Larrys. Its not fair to anyone involved.

23. I am originally from Kentucky and know, from a distance, Larry Birkhead. He is a fine, upstanding young man, who only wants the best for Anna and the baby. He knows and has known all along about the insidious lifestyle of Anna Nicole. He has been publicly taunted and teased by Howard K. Stern, as a way of publicly humilating him to go away. Howard is driving this train wreck. The move to the Bahamas was a calculated move for all the reasons already disclosed. He is now keeping Anna heavily sedated for a number of reasons, one being, to keep her from about the web of deceit that has been perpetrated by Stern.

Anna still doesn't accept Daniel's demise, really does think she married Howard, and has no awareness of what's being said about her on the tabloid shows and all over the internet.

Some of us, myself included, are guilty of making fun of Anna. But really, this is a very, very sick woman. And is being kept in that state by Howard. As this tale unravels, and it will, the implosion will be heard around the world.

Larry Birkhead's family speaks the truth. This man is after nothing more than to protect the child he was told for six months is his.

27. It would be interesting to see if all the pro-Larry Go Team Birkhead votes are coming from the same ISP....Anna didn't look to happy in those photos...in fact she looked a mess. I feel very sorry for her she's lost one child and for some reason is trying to protect another from a publicity seeking father. I don't think she's innocent by any means, but I also don't believe she would do anything to hurt either of her children. From what I've seen she loved her son with all her heart. Shame on those that think otherwise.

All the Birkhead family members that have decided to come to TMZ and give their spin are showing that "Team Birkhead" is just as shady as "Team Smith".

Get off your high horses and get on your knees. Pray for these families and then for yourselves.

I am not a "family member" but I am interested in wondering why people like yourself can not see that Smith is DRUG ADDICT. Apparently you didnt see the other articles on here like the photo of Birkhead with Janet Jackson, Pam Anderson etc. It is apparent to many of us that he doesnt need publicity and why is it so hard for you to believe that a MAN would want to see his child. Regardless if she just lost Daniel it is still his right (if it is his child) to be a part of the babys life and get to spend time with her as an infant. WHY IS THAT SO HARD TO BELIEVE???? I dont think any of us pro birkhead bloggers are saying anything shady. Do you have a TV? If you do then you can see that any human would be concerned that the baby is not safe with those people. Howard went on Larry King F'd up on something and Anna has always been a user and it is public knowledge that she was drunk during her wedding AND she is breast feeding.
