31. Post # 20 : Go Birkhead Go !!

I would like to thank you for personally aknowledging my efforts to try and get the truth out. I have heard many testimonials to the character of Birkhead. I can see no reason for these people to lie. I will continue to support Larry on his quest for gaurdian ship of whom he BELIVES to be his child ( I only say this because I don't know where Anna has been........... I'm sure you get my drift )

I think Howard Stern is really a bad person. He is truly a major player in this twisted tale. He has Anna in such a drugged out condition, she is like a puppet on a string. He makes sure she has her drugs so she will keep signing the checks. She's so screwed up she doesn't know who she is or what the hell she is doing. God knows what this guy has gotten away with. It's scary. She is so minipulated that she is incapable to make a desition herself. It's like he is in total control of her.

When Larry told Anna you either get off the drugs and protect the child, or I am going to make you. Anna being the addict that she is : CHOOSE THE DRUGS .......as most addicts do. You forsake everything, including loved ones. to get that fix. It becomes the most important thing. Anna knew that Larry was the father. She also knew that if she admitted that publicly she would have to give up her lifesyle and the possibilty of losing custody of her child SO SHE RAN.

Of course Howard was the one who most likely planted this seed. He had the most to gain. Why else would he commit perjury on National T.V.? He is such a lair. He was so drugged out during that Larry King interview. He never looked directly into the camera ONCE. THe # 1 clue that a Lair is on board.

iF Anna were to marry Larry, raise their child. It's Howard that would be left out in the cold. I'm sure he saw it all slipping away right before his eyes. He leapt into action immediatley to stop it from happening. .He would stop at nothing to keep his 'CASH COW " It's like he feels Anna is his posession. To say that he enables her drug use makes sense. That way he stays in control.

I don't believe for one second that Howard is the father. DId you see the baby? Thank god , it doesn't look like him.

Once all the facts are out. I DO HOPE AND PRAY THAT LARRY IS THE FATHER. If it turns out that BIrkhead is the Father I I think he will stand a heck of a good chance to get his daughter. Keep up the fight. So far so good...................I'm on your side.

Would it be ok if they posted info on a sex offender? Because we are here talking about a woman who is commiting child abuse and we all hold child abusers in the same account as sex offenders. Have you also heard / read that "POOR ANNA" who just lost her child was the one with the methadone and the anti depressants that killed her son? I don't think all of us together make her life worse than it alreay is. She is responsible for that baby and she continues to drink and do drugs while she is breast feeding. I think it's a subject that is very fair to talk about.

Well maybe not INTENTIONALLY,...... But she is so messed up she doesn't realize that everything she has done did hurt her children. First it was Daniel.......... Methodone is an odd drug of choice. You must have an introduction to it. That's where Anna came in. " MONKEY SEE , MONKEY DO " ......... YOU?

Sadly her next victim could be Danilynn. If she played a hand in her son's desitiny than someone has to step in to make sure that his sister isn't next. This woman's judgement is IMPAIRED . She needs an unbiased mediator right away.

I never thought that Anna was vicious or a hurtful person. She's too f***ed up to realize anything but a camera, $$$ and HER NEEDS. Don't waste your time defending Anna. The best thing you can do for her is call her for what she is. Other wise she will never change if you keep making excuses for her.

36. Post # 30 Michelle : No one is disputing the devestation, grief and pain of losing a child. I for one knows what that feels like. But if you played any part in the demise of your own child then you should make yourself accountable. She must be having the most horrid nightmare's........ ( Oh , that's right ,,,,,you don't dream when you are heavily sedated )

You should save your tears for someone who deserves it. On the same token, you can't let Anna get away with negligence by playing 'THE SYMPATHY CARD "
At this point that tactic is pretty much played out. Her actions indicate she in incapable of feeling anything . You think you can relate to how she feels losing a child. But Anna is not like most people. She is complacent, dispondant and processes things differently than most . Her brain signals are different. They have been impaired from the years of drug abuse. Brain cells can never be replaced.

It's time to stop thinking about "POOR ANNA " she lost a child mentality.

An anonymous source tells me that both Anna Nicole Smith and Howard K. Stern have struggled with narcotic addictions over the past few years dating back to the time when my source met Anna Nicole Smith while she was taping her self-titled reality show on E! The insider says that Anna Nicole and Howard K. Stern were both addicted to a pain killer similar to oxycodone. This would explain Anna Nicole’s often 'out-of-it' appearance on her reality show and her public antics where she appears intoxicated. This would also describe why her attorney, Howard K. Stern, often talked at such a slow pace as if he was holding on to every word. As a former pill-popper told me, that all these traits come along with taking a pain relieving narcotic.

US Weekly also reported that Larry Birkhead told them that Anna Nicole was taking Methadone, and her treatments were administered by her lawyer turned boyfriend, Howard K. Stern. Stern told Larry King on CNN that Daniel’s depression had manifested itself as back pain.

Our source said that Anna Nicole Smith was forced to quickly kick her pill addiction when she found out she was pregnant with her recently born daughter. Stern, however, was evidently still working to end his addiction. Daniel Smith boarded a plane in California to head to the Bahamas to visit with his mother and newly born sister, Dannilyn. He was picked up at the hospital by Anna’s attorney Howard K. Stern. Daniel visited with the family before retiring to bed. The New York Daily News reported in its September 14th issue that others near Anna Nicole’s hospital room heard her "screaming loudly and blaming someone" for her son collapsing. That’s 38 minutes before hospital officials say a nurse was called to try and revive Daniel Smith.

According to Wikepdia.com, Methadone has a half-life of 24-48. A drug’s half life generally predicts when it will hit your system and was probably the time when Daniel Smith died from the lethal mix of two anti-depressants and Methadone. So if my source is right, one might assume that Howard K. Stern is the one who is responsible for Daniel Smith’s death. Howard and Anna Nicole’s representatives confirmed that the two were unofficially married in the Bahamas on Thursday morning. My source who says claims to know both Stern and Smith very well, told me that the quick commitment ceremony sounds like something Stern would propose to take the attention off of him for inadvertently killing Daniel.

Stern appeared on Larry King Live last week where he looked nearly sedated himself. On the show, Stern claimed that he and Anna Nicole were in love and that he is the father of her newborn daughter.

Our anonymous source said that if Howard and Anna Nicole have secretly been dating for as long as Stern claims; then they did a good job of hiding it from both of their personal friends and their staffs. My source also said that Anna Nicole and Larry Birkhead did have some sort of romantic relationship within the past year. Stern also dodged questions on CNN about whether or not Anna Nicole and Birkhead were intamite. He did say that “she never consider him her boyfriend.” If my source is correct, then this does seem that Stern dodged a question from Larry King very well. Anna Nicole Smith’s mother told Entertainment Tonight that she spoke with Anna Nicole Smith recently and that she was “out of it” and appeared to be drugged up. This leads me to believe that Anna Nicole may be so out of it, that she doesn’t even realize what is going on. Other sources have said that she is so sedated that she often forgets that Daniel is actually dead. If she became sedated immediately after Daniel’s death, then she may not even realize what is going on.

There is obviously a lot more to this story than is coming out. If allegations such as these continue, then eventually the authorities will have to investigate where Daniel Smith got the Methadone that killed him.

It is obvious that an investigation into how Daniel obtained Methadone needs to be conducted. Anna Nicole has done an impeccable job of shielding herself from the outside world through this situation and in the past. Unfortunately, the one shielding her this time may be the one who is hurting her the most.

Today is my first day really reading any of these blogs. I know everyone has their own opinions and they are entitled to that but i can't believe that some people on here can't see what is going on. And I don't understand how people can keep saying leave anna and her baby alone. Leave her alone with a baby that she in my opinion is abusing? Leave her alone to greive for a child when she was just photographed high as a kite on a boat in her pasties holding that little baby girl. Please someone explain this to me. Why is it so hard to believe that Larry is not in this for the money? Why is it so hard to believe that a MAN can want to be with his child and keep her safe? And what about the rest of the families involved? The Birkhead family who thought they were going to be aunts, uncles and grandparents. Anna's family who was never allowed the luxury of seeing Daniel grow up and now this baby. This is my personal opinion but I can tell you that I am sure if Larry gets custody of this child he would never keep her from Anna's family. He would want all family members involved to be a part of this childs life INCLUDING the mother if she gets her act together. That is what kind of person he is...

40. The last few posts are very informative but let me also ask AGAIN that if Anna and Howard are both "out of it" who is taking care of the baby? And if she is seen in the media as "out of it" on drugs why the HELL is her atty stating publicly that she is breast feeding????? Can't he put 2 and 2 together that it makes her look like a terrible mother? Her U.S. atty seems like he is a smart guy(No where near as strong as Birkhead's atty appears to be) but why is he not advising her to quit all the press and picture posing. OR is she telling her US atty that she will do what she wants and that poor guy is not sleeping at night for fear of what Anna or Howard will do next. He certainly isn't going tto drop her as a client because she still stands a chance of getting the millions from her ex's estate. But I can sure tell you that all of this stuff that is in the media is building one strong case for Birkhead's custody hearing.
I would also like to state the following to the people who claim that Birkhead is doing this to get child support. I believe that any person who has primary custody of a child should get child support MALE or FEMALE. I have been reading alot about this and all of the articles and court papers say that Birkhead was in love with her and he wanted to raise this child with her. He comes across as a sincere person and if he is awarded child support in any amount he should take it. He should also sue Anna and Howard for alienation of affection as she has kept this baby from him purposely. I would also throw in a suit for mental cruelty. I would take every penny I could get just as ANY woman would do if this happened to them!

41. If Larry was so concerned about the drugs why would he stay in a relationship with a woman who was using them and allow himself to father a child with this person as well? According to several articles he claims this is the second child he has fathered with Nicole and that the first one died in a miscarriage. This does not sound like a responsible father who should have custody of a baby. It's the money he wants not the baby.

42. I hope it's not a real "Birkhead family member" cuz that would be pathetic. I mean that's they would stoop so low as to blog about the incident on TMZ. I guess I’ve been wondering around the internet too long to fall for the ruse.

With that said I agree with the scenario they are presenting, whoever they are. Anna and Larry both have rights, one has no more or less than the other. She need to take the high road and get the tests done STAT. But of course she probably won’t since the result most likely will prove her to be in the wrong.

If you read the post and the documents that were filed in court Birkhead did get her help. He put her in rehab and stayed by her bedside for weeks as she detoxed. When she continued to drugs behind his back during her pregnancy he told her he wouldn;t stand for it and said he would order a blood test at birth. That is when she ran to the Bahamas. As far as money goes have you got a TV? Have you read the post on here? Larry Birkhead i a famed photo journalist. Look at the pics on here with him and some of his clients such as Janet Jackson and Pam Anderson. Do you think he needs her crappy money? Also, if you watched ET he said on there that one of the reasons that he and Anna had problems is because she didnt want hin to work and would throw a fit when he did. He refused to not go on with his career as he wanted to have the money to do his share in supporting this child.

To Everytime you think you know:
What has the "Birkhead Family Member" said that is trashin the innocent? Who is innocent besides Larry Birkhead?
The family member just was explaining that their family is saddend and giving their comments on Larry. They are concerned that this baby is in danger. Turn on a tv - look at a magazine you can see that both Howard and Anna are drinking and drugging and they have went public saying that Anna is sedated, then also to turn around and say she is breast feeding. I don't think there is any thing wrong with the family or any other person in this country wanting to see that baby safe.

My wish is that this get resolved soon for the sake of the baby. If Anna is not on drugs and is sure that Larry is not the father then she should come back and get a drug test and a DNA test. End of story.

45. What kind of mother would get married a few days after be so called beloved son dies? Only a pig like her. The only thing she loves is money and doesn't care how she gets it. She is nothing but a filthy pig and I hope the real father gets full custody of that little girl.
