61. Ya' know, Larry Birkhead was always mentioned at the father of the baby for the first half of Anna Nicole's pregnancy. He was mentioned as being in a relationship with him for quite some time. Even TMZ has articles from the early part of her pregnancy where he is mentioned as being the father. There are photos of her, admitting to being pregnant with him in the photos in The Sun Sentionel paper. Birkhead only stopped being the Dad in the last half of her pregnancy.

62. Right now Anna needs everyone's support and prayers. I can't amagine going through this having one child only to lose another one. After the dust settles she will do the right thing but for right now everyone chill and give her some space. Put yourself in her shoe's you wouldn't know what end is up. Don't be so judgemental.

This whole situiation with Anna Nicole is sad... for her children only, she has mental problems! why nobody ever questioned how she parented Daniel.Her show was so disturbing how she exposed him to her circus of a life,he always seemed very sad. She can't call herself a mother Daniel is not at rest and she is having a so-called non wedding to that freak Howard Stern!!!Someone needs to step in and protect that poor baby before she or Howard cause harm to that child.She has shown her track record as a mother if she were still in the trailer park her kids would have been taken away long ago. Howard Stern looks like a junky pervert why would she expose that to her baby if all the reports of her methadone usage were not true?

64. OK - are you kidding me? Where are the child protective agencies in this picture? We are all guilty of allowing a mentally ill drug addicted woman to care for ANY child. Did we really believe she was a capable mother (ever?) And where was Daniel's father? Is this all Anna's fault? And as for Mr. Birkhead - the upstanding citizen who had no idea she was using??? C'mon! Please - you SLEPT with Anna Nicole Smith, Larry. That says it all about who you actually are. I guess protection never crossed your mind that night (nor did much of anything else). And Howard...I guess it's just job security baby. Actors make more money than lawyers? God help this country and it's media for promoting Anna and company. Shame on TrimSpa for paying her. If she were living in a regular world, child protective services would have already put that baby in foster care and mandated her to a mental health facility. THIS IS ENTERTAINMENT?? We did this.

67. Now that Daniels death, and seemingly she's celebrating happy as ever 18 days later.... Makes me wonder What happened to her late husband.. Did he really die of natural causes? hmmmm....

She needed Daniel out of the way.... However, I don't think Daniel is the father of the girl.. I do believe Birkhead is!!!

68. Howard gave Daniel the drugs, ie the reason for the fake marriage. If Anna in her drugged out condition believes she is really married to Howard she can't be forced to testify against him in the death of her child. The nurse said she screamed you killed my child, who else was in the room other than Howard? He's the drug dealer and he keeps her tied to his side with the drugs, she needs them. He's been sucking like a vampire off of Anna for years. Who else is going to protect her the way he does? If Larry is the father he deserves to be part of that child's life, period. No one would like someone to just take away their rights to be part of their child's life. Anna needs to be forced into drug rehab and told either stay off them or you loose your child. No contact with Howard he is the one abetting this behavior. Anna's mental behavior is perfectly normal, take it from a mother that has lost their child. She is on a path of self destruction and needs help more than anger or drugs. I too went on a path of self desctruction, anything to take away the pain, including causing pain to yourself. The only thing that saved me was people that loved me and their support. She has no one but a drug dealer.

72. Anna usually seems high on something and Howard seemed higher than a kite on Larry King when he was telling everyone (he didn't convince me) he was the father. If either of them are involved in this poor boys death than they deserve to have the new baby taken away and sent to prison for the rest of their lives. It is all very sad and only a few know the truth about what happened. hopefully the truth will be known and justiced will prevail. Both children of Anna's were destined for a tough road from conception.

73. If she knows what it is like to lose a child why would she take this baby from its real father?? I dont think Howard was jealous of Daniel - I think they gave him some of Anna's Methadone and it was too much for his system. I also think that the baby girl needs to be taken away from her and given to the real father asap. Howard is the only one who has been by her side for years because he is sooo in obsessively in love w/ her that he is the only one who will give her drugs. He knows that is what keeps her with him. When Birkhead tried to get her off drugs and took her to detox during her pregnancy she still couldnt stop. The info on fox news said that it is proven that she was in rehab and Birkhead was by her bedside. She kept on doing drugs and Birkhead told her he was going to get the baby drug tested THEN she ran off to the islandsand guess who was by her side then?? Howard approving her use of the drugs... SAD SAD SAD.. To make matters worse, he went on LARRY KING and he was sooo high. Now what you have are 2 drugged up people trying to take care of a baby. I bet a million dollars that ANNA and HOWARD are just waiting to get the money off the pics they sold and then they will go off to some crazy country and flee with the baby girl.
First of all because they will be indicted on charges for Daniels death and second of all because if Birkhead is proven the father the courts will give him custody. I also think that no matter what anyone says (and I am a woman) he should get child support just like any woman would get if she had custody. People are saying that he just wants money but I dont understand why it is so hard to believe that he would want that baby safe and out of harms way. Sure anna can try to go to rehab and then re-unite with the baby. But she has been on drugs too long I think. I know people who knew her back when she lived in Houston as a dancer and they all say she was addicted to cocaine back then. This is so sad for Daniel and the baby girl as well as anyone else directly involved. I hope this gets resolved before Anna and Howard do anything stupid. I DO BELIEVE THAT LARRY IS THE FATHER,and i feel so sorry for him.
AND NO MATTER WHO THE REAL FATHER IS that person should sue her and howard stern for taking away the right to be with their baby all this time. Bonding is important for both parents.
I also think that people greive in different ways. Who knows how I would act if I lost a child. But she did lose Daniel to drugs and I think it was a shared habit between mother and child. He saw her drugged up so much he probably thought it was ok for him to do them too. Monkey see monkey do... She is certainly reaping what she has sewn!!!

Now that I am finsished venting. Does anyone know who the other 2 men that supossedly came forward saying they had sex with anna and could possibly be the father? I read it on another blog but didnt see any info about them?

Hey, # 8, as far as dealing with your depravity of women it is obvious from your unabashed descriptive comments of how you see Anna in your obviously unfit for societal mind, you would condemn any woman who was pretty, knew how to get what she wanted and run with it kind of woman. No one should have to suffer the loss of a child. NO ONE and certainly when it could have been prevented. Anna will have to live with her consequences for the rest of her life if she had something to do with it, not you. Sometimes you have to save stupid people from themselves so here is your help letter.
