76. First off, I didn't even read this article. Secondly, I can not believe that this was even printed. I know that there is alot of suspicions about this case and I am all in favor of having the authorities investigate it. I don't however think that printing someone death certificate so soon after a tragedy of this sort is appropriate. Anna Nicole probably sold it to TMZ . Even so, I would have declined in respect of Daniel's memory.

And while all of this madness goes on....Daniel is still lying in a morgue in the Bahamas.... lost in life and now lost in death....Anna can't take him back to bury him in the US because of the paternity suit....Can she bury him in the Bahamas..?.... Maybe thats why she got her citizenship rushed through after Daniels death.......I hope that put that boy to rest soon..the thought of him lying unclaimed in a morgue while his out of it mother carries on her drug addled ways is too sad.....When Daniel died..Larry Birkhead said .."He was a really nice kid...I wish I could have done more to help him..." hep him with what ?...as soon as I read that ..I thought he must have had a drug addiction...then when I heard that methadone was involved..it confirmed it.......If it comes out Anna or Stern gave it to him I hope they go away for avery long time.....Rest in Peace Daniel....

78. The wedding was to make herself feel better, don't be so harsh people. I'm sure Daniel, where he is, could care less. He no longer has to put up with the joke his mother has become and can be in peace. He freed himself from the side show. He was ready to go.

80. Here's a theory, Howard is a very smart man. He is her lawyer he knows all about the finances and her worth, he was the last one with Daniel alone he supplies him with "his overdose" he has Anna all to himself "his daughter" is the sole survivor and inherits all the fortune after Anna disappears, overdoses due to grief or whatever his plans are for her in the future. You can be sure its not happily ever after...

81. God bless Daniel for surviving the nut house as long as he did. It's obvious that he's the baby's daddy. Isn't it peculiar that he flew all the way to the Bahamas, saw the baby and then offed himself in the very room of her birth? She's his sister, she's his daughter; she's his sister, she's his daughter... And both of them came from a whore.

83. I call Nicole the heartless drama queen. As for being a Mother myself, it is hard for me to understand how she could get married while her son was laying in a morgue. I believe she was so desperate to get married so that Howard could claim being the baby girl's father. I am sure Anna is not sure who is the babys daddy. Anna will not return to the states for awhile because she knows that there will be some drug testing in it for her.

84. My heart goes out to Anna. Losing a child is by far the worst thing a parent can go through. The ironic aspect is, she gave birth to a baby and lost her son a few days later, that is not fair. Alot of people think Howard had something to do with Daniel's death, but I cannot imagine him harming the apple of her eye. I also heard she is or was on Methodone, but I cannot figure out how he had access to it or took 7 times the amount of antidepressants. Apparently Anna fell asleep that night and that left Howard and Daniel. Howard told Daniel he could sleep in the other bed, and he would sleep on the floor. Then after awhile Daniel couldnt sleep so offerred the bed to Howard so he climbed into that bed. At one point Howard woke and Daniel said "why am I SO tired." Next morning Anna screamed because Daniel was in her bed, and dead. I cannot imagine him commiting suicide, he was happy for his Mom and a happy kid. Did Howard give him those meds to sleep? Not sure we will ever know, but in my heart I know Anna would NEVER do anything to her son to hurt him.

85. C'mon people. No matter what kind of spin that's put on this, it all comes down to a mother loosing a child. There is nothing worse. She obviously loved her son with all her heart. No medication will ever ease that kind of pain. No parent should ever have to bury their child. My son passed away 5 yrs ago and there hasn't been a day since then that I haven't cried hysterically. The only thing that kept me living was the thought of leaving my other child behind in this world. I truely believe that the only thing keeping Anna Nicole Smith alive is her newborn daughter.
Why are we so quick to judge her? Some people think she may have given her son the drugs, other's think it was Howard K. Stern. None of us know how he got the drugs, He could have brought them in his pocket or luggage, We all know how secure our airports are. He could have bought them after he got to the Bahamas. He was in college and college aged kids don't ever think they can die. There are so many questions and theories, we'll probably never know. Why would Howard kill Daniel? It doesn't make sence to kill your most valuable client's child. Even if little Dannilynn is his child, it doesn't mean Howard would get anything of Anna Nicole's. She still hasn't got her late husband's money.
What Anna Nicole needs is our prayers not our judgement.
Rest in peace Daniel.

86. Did it ever occur to any of you that since the INVESTIGATION into her son's death was still ongoing in the Bahamas that maybe - just maybe - the body had not yet been released for burial?!? While I don't condone her behavior in "marrying" her attorney so soon and publicly, I'm not one to cast a the first stone in her direction. Who's to say how YOU would react in HER position???? Each person grieves in their own ways, and when you throw in the paparazi monitoring her every move AND someone who is essentially declaring war on an already overly emotional situation, what else do you expect her to do??????? Maybe she's just trying to keep up the appearance of doing ok and that all is at least temporarily well in her own little world. All the while, her little inner voices are screaming with insanity....

As for the alleged biological father... It sounds to me as if he's searching for fame and fortune of his own riding Anna's tailcoats! Irregardless of her actions, what about his????? Hasn't anyone else noticed that while he MAY have - and I say "may have" loosely as it looks to me it was timed it this way - started this whole legal process just prior to the birth of his alleged daughter, he couldn't have the decency to postpone it all? He claims he cared for Danny too, but he sure isn't showing any respect for the young man by attacking his mother so shortly after his death!

Instead of throwing down his gauntlet, he should have waited a decent time frame. I'm sure Anna would have returned to the states for the burial - even attended the ceremony Danny's father held.... He should have given her time to recoup a bit, maybe get settled back into her home with the baby, and THEN pursued this matter. Instead, he attacked her full frontal during one of her most weakest moments. She's already lost a son, perchance she's terrified of losing her daughter to some man who is just looking for custody of her daughter for the sake of a substantial child support payment? And that's how HIS case looks to me.... Not one of a caring and concerned father, but one more interested in the potential cash offered by staking his claim....

At this rate, IF I were Anna, I'd stay in the Bahamas too....

87. This is to post #77 - While I agree it was inappropriate for the media to show a copy of the death certificate in print so soon after the tragedy, it was not necessarily an issue of someone SELLING it to them.

Like all legal documents, unless it is court ordered to be sealed, death certicates are public documents and therefore are available to the masses. Anna did not have to sell this to the media in order for them to obtain it and, if it had been obtained in this manner, did it ever occur to you that maybe someone at the morgue may have sold that info to them?

One can even obtain Social Security numbers of the deceased via the Internet as part of public disclosure. I stumbled across this info by accident while researching my husbands family tree as a surprise. His deceased grandfather's information (as well as many others of similar names) was clearly posted for all to see and potentially steal for identity theft purposes..... And I've often researched court docs online for free to... You'd be surprised at the info one can garner about a living individual in that manner too....

Good thing I'm a good and law-abiding U.S. citizen or I'd have found my gold at the end of the rainbow with the information that can be had at the click of a mouse!

88. You know what really pisses me off about Anna Nicole Smith? When she and Howard did their interview for Entertainment Tonight and she was asked why Daniel was on anti-depressants, she said, "He was dating a girl..." WTF?! The POOR girl he was dating now probably feels somewhat guilty because her ex-bf's mother just announced on TV that it was HER fault that he was on anti-depressants. Daniel's depression obviously started WAY before he met whoever this girl is he was dating. If you watch the "Anna Nicole Show," season 1, everytime Anna talks to her son he doesn't seem interested in what she says at all. All he does throughout the entire season is play on the computer or play video games. That's an obvious sign of withdrawl, which Anna was probably too wrapped up in her little insignificant life and career to notice.

I wrote this review on Amazon.com of the "Anna Nicole Show" season 1, and this basically sums up everything that I have to say. (Please note that I wrote this on July 20, 2006 - before her son died)...

"Oh wow...This show is definately something to watch when you are feeling super low about yourself. This show is so horrible that it's amusing.

You'll see how Anna ultimatly squeezes herself into clothes that she shouldn't be wearing. At one point she's practically busting out of her shirt because her implants are so big. I'm not sure, but I don't think that she's aware that she's packed on a good 100 lbs., at least.

The scene where she sits in a bathtub while looking for houses and then can't get out. That's classic! Then there's a scene when she's looking at someone's house, possibly to buy, and she opens their fridge and starts eating their food! It's just funny.

Anna's assistant Kim is so obsessed with her that it's disgusting. The chick even gets a tattoo of Anna on her arm because as she says, "I want something that'll look good down the road." (Right, Kim.)

It seems that Anna's son, Daniel, is either:
a. Really depressed.
b. Has no personality.
c. Is ashamed that he is spawned from Anna Nicole.
d. Or all of the above.

Personally, I think her son is option "d," because everytime she tries to talk to him he doesn't seem to want anything to do with her. He's always on his computer, playing video games or chatting...Anna even tries to "baby talk" to him, and he doesn't seem impressed.

Her lawyer, Howard K. Stern seems like the only reason he stays around Anna is for the fame and money. He tries to make it look like they're friends and all, and that he genuinly cares for her, but it's always about the money."
