Before Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern went to war over Anna Nicole Smith's newborn kid, the two men actually spent a lot of time together having fun. In these pictures taken last year, the dueling daddy candidates were spotted down under, frolicking with Anna around Sydney's Luna Amusement Park right before the 2005 MTV Awards in Australia. Ah the good ol' days. Birkhead appeared in front of a judge Wednesday morning asking that Anna Nicole be ordered to return from the Bahamas and submit to a paternity test. Unfortunately Birkhead will have to wait for the results, as the hearing was pushed until October 26.

I agree with Ann's Mom it's quite possible the father is Birkhead and Stern is making sure he stays close to the money. Someone should suggest rehab to Anna for her drug problem. Did you see her attitude when her Mom's name was mentioned? Anna was so angry it looked like Anna wanted to kill her Mom and her Mom at some point took care of her Grandson for her. What a witch.

I am sure anna has been exploited, but she has the kind of body people want to exploit! I have no doubt she is a drug abuser,not heavy drugs, but perscription drugs. She has acted very strange and it very possible that her deceased son may have even been the father; I hope not, but she is unpredictable.

this Howard tool reminds me of the kid in high school that wore black sox in gym class, and hung out with the hot girl as a friend, a sympathy dork, while every weekend the babe went out on dates with real guys while he waited for the girl to realize the nice guy was right here. What a frickin' douche bag . Her "attorney"...look at that pathetic schmuck in the background trying not to be a total 3rd wheel, while she moistens up for her boyfriend...i cannot believe this nonsense has gone on for so long...hey Howard, you cannot get her preggo by jacking off in the next room!

I do feel kind of bad for her though....she has been exploited since she was 16 ! and it has been very obvious she has some sort of drug problem, but always has Howard there to pick up the pieces....what is his hiden agenda??? Maybe he really does love her, who knows, but being in her corner for years, you would think Howard could get her some help.
