Celebrity Feuds
Rosie the Riveting's Raucous Week

Even by Rosie O'Donnell's outspoken standards, this week's been a particularly loud one. With just a few wags of her tongue (and a couple thrusts of her hips), the talk-show empress once dubbed the "Queen of Nice" has turned into a one-woman provocation machine.

First, on "The View," she irked the gun control lobby -- and co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck -- when she suggested that the tragic murder of five young girls in Pennsylvania Amish country on Monday wouldn't have happened if better controls were put on the sale and possession of firearms. Then, on Wednesday, she incensed Catholics everywhere -- including the president of the Catholic League, who publicly denounced her comment -- when she put the blame for the Church's pedophilia scandal squarely on the shoulders of the current Pope Benedict XVI and referenced the controversial new flick "Deliver Us From Evil." And finally, yesterday, Rosie got into it with what she termed the "crazy" pro-breast-feeding legions, saying that they would be bombarding her with enraged complaints for her more pragmatic stance on the issue.

To top it all off, as if to prove dramatically that she just can't stop talking, she gabbed all the way through a steamy sex scene in a guest appearance on FX's "Nip/Tuck," hitting on such varied topics as Britney, K-Fed, and mac 'n' cheese along the way. Whatever she's saying, however, we're listening.

151. Rosie O' Donnell used to be a really great talk show host. But she has an anger problem now, and it has affected all of her relationships in her life. Everything she talks about anymore is done with anger, she can no longer discuss things rationally. I agree what she needs is to seek therapy to handle her anger, so she doesn't teach that to her children. I used to really like Rosie's outspokeness, but not anymore. She is just ranting and raving now, and she needs to leave the View. I refuse to watch her anymore. Too many hostility issues!

152. I really, really love Kelly Ripa!

Kelly was so RIGHT ON the subject. Kelly's phone call to Rosie, "live" on the View, Kelly was clear concise when she blasted Rosie! I am soo happy to see someone step up from Rosie's professional ranks to set her straight!
It was interesting to see how Rosie tried to get Kelly on her side, BEFORE Kelly's phone call....Rosie on the View, told how she told Regis that he should hire Kelly for the position as his co-host, (as if to say) "well, Kelly if were not for me (Rosie) telling Regis to hire you, you would not be in the position you are to say bad things about Gays.
Prior to the phone call, Rosie tried to send a "lets be friends" message to Kelly.
With Rosie's comment of "how I helped Kelley's career out," After Rosie's comment Rosie then proceeded to blast Kelly. As if Rosie's "opinion" weighted on who Regis picked as his co-host. Rosie is so full of herself, it is difficult to listen to her.
I am so sick of hearing "from a gay's view" who cares what gays think. If I wanted to hear "what gays think" I would tune into a program that gives the view of what gays think. As a matter of fact, that would be a good idea for Rosie...start her own gay interview show, then we would not be TRAPPED into listening to Rosie to listening to Rosie on the View.
She is miserable and tries to make others feel the same way.
Wow......go Kelly!!!!!! I believe you did a great job! Just so you know, not even a member of my family has the right to put their hand over my mouth, let alone an outside person. Aken was wrong with his attempt to be "one of the girls."
Thanks Kelly for standing up and not excepting his insult!
Again......Linda...LKA
