77. Looks like Birkhead is the real father. He is insisting on a DNA paternity test and has nothing to hide. Both Anna and her lawyer Stern are brunettes (Anna's hair is dyed). Birkhead is blonde. Have you seen the baby? She is very blonde, fair and looks just like Birkhead..nothing like Stern. She and Birkhead split up, her lawyer has emotionally supported Anna through all her dramas and was there with her when her son died. He obviously has loved her a long time and wants to claim paternity so they can just be together and raise this baby as their own. Birkhead could ultimately prove paternity but will still not be in Anna's life and seems to be after publicity and money...mostly money..isn't that what all celebrities ultimately crave: fame and fortune.

78. Oh my God I can not believe it. One whole weekend has went by and Anna Nicole Smith's crew have not pulled one publicity stunt....or have they? Anna Nicole Smith was shown on ET feeding the baby with a bottle but I heard it with my own ears in an interview with her atty that "SHE IS BREAST FEEDING" I guess now that the cat is out of the bag that she is still doing methadone she just made sure a picture of her bottle feeding was put in the media so she would not be accused of transferring drugs to the child OR IS IT that now that the courts are involved and Birkhead is requesting a DNA and a drug test she has quit breast feeding so there wont be drugs in the baby's system.

Please, if she were a man everyone would be high fiving her.. guys are just as big whores if they spread it around then yell "OOPS, how did that happen?" or "Where in the world did that come from!?" If I were Anna, as soon as the PT comes back I would request equal support for the child from him and demand he spend quality time with the child, with no compansation paid to him by her since they were never married and he was just as careless with his mojo as she was. And if he wants to see the child let him travel to the Bahamas half the time at his expense .. then wait and see how serious he is about wanting the kid or if it was just her money and fame he was after all along.

80. Ok LAURA ... so let me get this straight.... You would want that baby kept in Anna Nicole's care after you see how bad she is strung out on drugs? She is only in the bahama's to keep that child from birkhead in the first place. No one cares who she slept with or how many people. We are talking about the fact that she has taken off to the bahamas to hide her drug addiction and keep a baby away from its father. NO ONE HAS the right to raise a baby if you are a drug addict. You are a SOOOO MIS INFORMED. No court can ORDER someone to spend time with a child and if you had a television you would see that NO ONE HAS TO ORDER BIRKHEAD to spend time with this baby. That is why he is asking for a DNA test - so he can see his child!!!!!
ALSO, if he were to get custody HE DESERVES CHILD SUPPORT!!! JUST AS ANY MOTHER WOULD GET SUPPORT FOR A CHILD THEY ARE RAISING!!! BTW - No one ever said "OOPS" - how did that happen.

81. Laura... you are not particulary informed of the facts of this case. This is not just about paternity. If it is true that Anna Nicole and Howard Stern are chronic users of methadone and it is determined that the methadone that contributed to Daniel's death came from one of them, then ... well, I can't even begin to speculate how ugly that will be.

Larry Birkhead has first hand knowledge and experience of the dynamic duo's use of methadone. He also knows the backstory of the pregnancy and subsequent residency in the Bahamas for the birth.

All of the facts, as known by Larry Birkhead, have been laid out in the court documents filed in Family Court. The Team Birkhead on this blog includes several people who know first hand of the facts of the case.

Anna Nicole, who is represented by attorneys in California, will have to answer the allegations. They are officers of the court, and can provide cover for her and Stern for only so long.

This story is waaaaay bigger than the silly little PR pics of Anna and Howie and their fake little "commitment" cermony and the loving family pics being sold and circulated for $1 mil.

Answer the question, if you can, why has Daniel still not be given a proper burial????

82. Everyone needs to take a "chill pill." Anna Nicole has gone through enough crap. Let her grieve for her son, enjoy her daughter and pick up her life and go on. All
the other men coming outta the woodwork think they will get something from someone and they need to get a life. They are just moochers. She was screwed out of her fair share of her late husband's estate and now looks like she's the main draw at the latest Hollywood "WITH HUNT." She didn't ask for any of this.
Where is it written that yoou have to have your baby in a certain place or even have to name the father?? I never named the father of my son and raised him alone. Now--- he has nothing good to say about his father. Seems like some people need to clean up under their own front steps before they start slinging crap at other people.

83. I hope for Birkhead's sake that he has nothing to hide, i.e., drug use, alcoholism, pornographic interests, etc. etc. etc. because you can be sure that Anna and Howard's lawyers will be digging up every bit of dirt on him that can be found.

Since Larry B. has turned this question of paternity into a question of who is the better parent, then he can fully expect his character to be exposed and scrutinized.
