Two More Men Claim to Be Anna's Baby Daddy

106. I have a question.....how long must a funeral home (in the Bahamas or the US) "hold" a body, before they demand that someone claim it? Are there health code regulations or guidelines for the length of time a body can stay refrigerated, awaiting burial????? Why hasn't the funeral home demanded that ANS remove her son's body from their establishment? I don't think any funeral home would hold a body indefinitely, for the average Joe? What is going on there?! I know there have been unusual circumstances in Daniel's case.....but still.....how long until someone insists that ANS DO SOMETHING with Daniel's body????

107. ANS and HKS must be really really really stooooopid! They obviously planned out their elaborate "scheme" about the baby daddy charade, before she went to the Bahamas, and before Daniel died. What were they thinking??? Did they really think nobody would question anything about HKS claiming to be the baby daddy? Did they not think anyone would have proof in photos and emails and text msgs and eye witnesses of ANS with Larry Birkhead regarding the baby? Did they think putting HKS's name on the baby's BIRTH cert would make their lies believable? Did they not think anyone would demand a DNA test? Did they not think anyone would request ANS be drug tested for the safety of the baby girl?
They cannot blame their slimey tactics on "grief reaction to Daniel's death"....cuz they did most of it BEFORE Daniel died!

Ok...put yourself in the place of a Mom....your 20 yr old son dies suddenly of a methadone drug mixture overdose...and you know that he had no prescription for those drugs.....and you pay for an additional autopsy...... wouldn't you/Mom, DEMAND further investigation into where (WHO) your son got the drugs from, that killed him? Of course you are grieving....but then you still want to know HOW your son got those drugs! Why has ANS let this issue disappear instead of forcing more investigation (and instead of putting on shows for the media on other issues)? Perhaps because she already knows "who" supplied the drugs to Daniel, and she is protecting him? (while the "he" is supporting ANS in her other baby daddy schemes?)

109. WHEN IS THAT BOY GOING TO BE BURIED?????????? This is ridiculous! I originally felt really horrible for ANS, but once that HKS went on Larry King declaring he was the father and then the toxicology report was released, I became suspicious. Then they ran off to the yacht and got "married" in a ridiculous exchange of vows. Meanwhile, that son is still dead, still laying on ice in some funeral home!!! She couldn't "sneak out" onto the yacht and have a private funeral for her son there?? She couldn't sneak off back to CA on the yacht for a funeral for her son??? She's a piece of crap and HKS is one of the sleeziest lawyers I've seen in a lonnnnnnnggg time. What is he, her lawyer or her Svengali?? Despicable behavior all around. I can't wait to find out HKS is NOT the father after all. He's gotta be on drugs himself at this point orchestrating this nonsense and he looks it in recent photos and that interview. We know she's been on drugs forever. Someone should take custody of that baby soon whose not going to expose that child to this unhealthy circus-like freak show. ANS, BURY YOUR SON, get into rehab and get your head out of your ass!!!!! And CA---take away HKS license to practice!!! He's nothing more than an exploiting sleeze bag! You think he'd still love her if she were poor and everyone stopped paying attention to her?????

112. Kelly, I was just thinking the same thing as you. Maury needs to come to the rescue and do a paternity test. I am sure that would be the highest rated show he has ever had. Where do they find those people to go on the show anyway knowing you have slept with all the men, some 10+ men could be the father.
Also, he does lie detector tests.. That would be perfect and put an end to some of this crap.

120. Your making fun of this mourning mother at a time when she doesn't need all this pressure. I think that Mr. Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead should take a break and consider the fact that Ms. Annie Nicole Smith is suffering enough right now. If Mr. Birkhead thinks that he's the father then so be it but I think that he could have picked a better time to start this legal battle. You go through what Ms. Smith is going through and see if you can handle it.

As for all the people talking about how many people Ms. Smith slept with, well that's nobody's business. She has the right to be with who ever she wants to be with. You stop and think about how many people you've been with. Stop judging and have a little more compassion.
