Shanna Moakler: Was She Restrained?

Shanna Moakler has perfected the walk-and-talk, chatting to our cameras about her run-in with Paris Hilton during a shopping trip with her baby girl on Robertson Blvd. in Beverly Hills.

After admitting things have been a "little hectic lately," Moakler, with her adorable daughter Alabama strapped to her chest, added that she's happy, "I'm good, I'm with the baby, going to New York to have some fun."

The "Dancing With the Stars" bombshell told TMZ she's considering filing charges against her alleged attacker Paris or Stavros Niarchos, who allegedly pushed her down the stairs at Hyde. She adds that she doesn't have any restraining orders filed against her -- that she's aware of at least.

Moakler was also excited for the finale of "Dancing," where the eliminated dancer will strap on her dancing shoes once again to perform.

20. It would just like Parisite to make up the story to get attention, cover for Skankos pushing Shanna down some stairs (at her egging-on), and/or just to raise hell/cause trouble in general. But if it IS true, you can bet that Parisite was acting like her usual stupid, middle-school-girl, "nanny-nanny-boo-boo" self at Hyde's that night -- pointing and giggling and smirking, and shaking her saggy a** in Shanna's face. Either way, all Parisite EVER does is cause trouble. Paris, I know you read TMZ sometimes -- get a charity or a job or a life, for God's sake. You're 25!!!!
