16. HEY FOLKS! THE REASON THAT THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE LISTED (1) AS ALIVE ON THE DATE OF THE BIRTH IS BECAUSE THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE HAD BEEN CHANGED WHEN DANIEL DIED. ANNA HAD ORIGINALLY NAMED THE CHILD “HANNAH” AND SHE CHANGED THE BABY’S NAME WHEN DANIEL DIED TO DANNIELYNN. THAT IS WHY IT STATES (1) AS ALIVE ON THE DATE OF THE BIRTH. THERE WAS A SEGMENT ON ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT ABOUT THIS. I HOPE THAT CLEARS THINGS UP FOR EVERYBODY.

17. HEY #14. I HAVE THOUGHT ABOUT THAT MANY TIMES ALSO. THE INTERACTIONS AND GESTURES THAT SHE HAS WITH DANIEL ON THE PICTURES AND VIDEOS THAT I HAVE SEEN OF THE TWO OF THEM IS NOT NATURAL FOR A MOTHER AND SON. BUT OF COURSE, ANNA NICOLE IS NO WHERE NEAR NATURAL OR NORMAL HERSELF. AND YOU BEST BELIEVE THAT IF THIS IS TRUE, ANNA IS THE ONE THAT SEDUCED HER SON INTO SOMETHING LIKE THAT. I WOULDN'T PUT IT PAST HER NOT FOR ONE MINUTE BECAUSE SHE IS JUST THAT TRIFLING AND SICK IN THE HEAD. IT WOULD EXPLAIN WHY DANIEL WAS SO DEPRESSED AND CONFUSED IN HIS HEAD AND WHY HE WAS TAKING ALL OF THOSE DRUGS. THIS WHOLE THING IS THE MOST SICKENING, BIZARRE, AND SADDEST SITUATIONS THAT I HAVE EVER HEARD OF IN MY LIFE, ESPECIALLY IF THIS IS REALLY TRUE! AND IF IT IS FOUND TO BE TRUE ,THEN ANNA SHOULD BE COMMITTED TO A MENTAL INSTITUTION FOR THE REST OF HER NATURAL LIFE!!!!! PERIOD!!!!!

21. #14 Glenda Lease : Even I did not want to touch upon that subject. It is very taboo and so shocking that most people forbid themselves to believe that a mother could do such a vile act. However, I have read that theory many times on blogs pertaining to the paternity of Anna's baby.

If this discusting secret is what she truely is hiding........than she is more diabolicle than even I could have ever imagined.

She was VERY TOUCHEY,
FEELY with Daniel . But I wrote it off to her NARCISTIC need to be constantly aknowledged . Believing that personal contact gave her the false notion that it ment " Love "

But now with her bizzare, irratic, and dysfunctional behavior I am begining to think that this could be a possibility. I am contraversail but this is even beyond that. God help her if she commited that act. But think about it ............... Ummmmm...

YOu run and hide. Leave your own country and ostrasize yourself from all of society and everything you ever knew. You leave your family, friends, business associates and DNA tests to confirm the paternity of your child. Just what are you trying to hide ??? Ummm...... Sends out an ALARM. What is up here ?

I know she loves drugs...but maybe she is hiding more than her need for drugs. Maybe she does think there is a possibilty that child is Daniel's. That is really sick. Even for me to comprehend. There is going to be a full investigation into this scandal. What ever she has done, justice will be served.... It has too much Media attention to just disappear. This story hasn't even begun. I'm stayin tuned.

22. very interesting theory; just too hard for me to comprehend. Anna was involved with Birkhead and he definitly has reason to believe the child is his; doesn't doubt it a bit. So, rather than tar the innocent memory of Daniel, I choose to just dismiss that theory. Rather, the true story is the diabolic manulipation of the babydaddy wannabe for the obvious reason of contol and money. Control of Anna and her money. Also, it will be determined that he gave Daniel the methadone. My concern now is, will they ever release those findings?

Rest in peace Daniel. The truth will be known.

23. I watched the Anna Nicole Show and she treated Howard like one of her minions. I just can't see them being in a relationship.

I have a feeling Howard has something on her.........

Like maybe the drugs Daniel took were hers...........

24. Geez. I'm shocked that there are so many people out there that can't read a birth certificate. It's filled out right. It states that she has had TWo children born alive (her son and new daughter) and that the son born before this birth was still living. Am I ther only person here who has kids??? It's really not aws confusing as people are making it. AND it doesn't matter if her son later died. THe no of children living would still have been 1, not zero. You can't "backdate" info on official documents; a birth certificate records the fact as there were on the day of birth. One of the other nurses I work with just told me that the reason "children living" doesn't include the child that was just born is because the newborn can die within the day of birth and the parents can then elect not to have a certificate issued.

25. It freaks me out when I read things about Daniel being the father of that baby...now is it "possible"??? Yes, but I think we are far reaching here and causing a stir that I think is completely unneccessary here. Obviously Anna has some MAJOR ass problems, but let's not stir a pot that does not need to be stirred. Daniel does not deserve these type of rumors and I think that if we are launching attacks on the subject, leash your anger on Anna and Howard, not poor Daniel here. I think we can all agree on this.

26. Note to 1, in regards to birth cert. Did you not notice in the widely reported PRESS releases Anna Nicole's son, Daniel was ALIVE when his baby sister Hope was born. DUH?? Daniel passed (3) Three days after the FACT making the question being answered 2 LIVE children @ the time of this birth CORRECT, ACCURATE, and TRUTH~Everybody is so eager to jump the attack Anna Nicole camp so quickly they can't get their own eyes to read the facts and truth. You just assume something is not right. Learn to read, listen, and report the proper story dear TMZ reader.

27. Glenda Lease, what a perverted comment. Your insinuation that Daniel is his sister's father is absolutely crazy. (That's one for the riddle books).

Have you not been following this story? It's only been in the news for - what? - a solid month.

The paternity dispute has nothing to do with Daniel and all to do with Howard versus Birkhead.

Daniel's depression supposedly had to do with girlfriend issues and the young-adult type stress that typically befalls kids of his age. I suppose it was also a possibility that he was sad that his mother and Howard moved so far away from California and maybe even partly because he was now sharing his mother's attentions with the new baby.

He was, after all, an only child for almost 21 years. Surely this child's birth was life changing for Daniel as well as for Anna.

Again, though, for you to imply that there was an incestuous relationship between Anna and Daniel is just astonishing. Do you, per chance, have some "issues" of your own that need to be examined?

28. "Marshall" is not part of this child's last name. If so, it would be listed under the SURNAME portion of the certificate (e.g., "Marshall-Stern"). In this case, it is clearly attached to the MIDDLE NAME portion of the certificate (Hope Marshall). This child could have Marshall as a surname if "Vicki Lynn Hogan Smith Marshall" put it there, but clearly she did not; she indicated "STERN." So this hyphenated ranting above is pointless. Read the certificate, people, before you start ranting.

29. As a fan of Anna Nicole, I am so happy that Howard Stern was there went this tragic death happened. If you are going to hire one person, hire a full-time attorney if you are a celebrity. He has protected her and he has done so with intelligence.

Every she does, she does with passion and tenderness and wishing to please. She is down to earth, doesn't "put on airs."

Her son was her "rock" and this is devastating, but the idea of a ceremony of commitment (in addition to fulfilling certain legal requirements) was so what she needed to survive at this time.

As for Larry Birkhead, unfortunately, he is cute but was willful and immature. He refused to marry her. You had your chance, buddy, but you blew it. So sorry.

She doesn't need a part-time Daddy like Birkhead. She needs a full-time, stay-at-home Daddy. A mom needs protection, not just the baby, if she is going to be able to give her baby the love it needs. Right now, the baby needs Howard -- a loving home with two parents there, and that's what the baby is getting.

Larry, don't make a woman pregnant unless you're willing to marry her.
