Somewhere on this video, Beth Ostrosky asks Carmen Electra about her recent breakup from Dave Navarro -- but we're thinking you'd rather watch the part where Carmen shows Beth a few dance moves.

Yes, Carmen tells Beth, "I don't mind talking about it because Dave and I have stayed friends ... We talk on the phone almost every day. We're still friends, we're just on different paths."

But did we mention the knee-bending and the rubbing and the rump-shaking? Ok, just making sure.
