Madonna's Baby Delivered to UK

46. This is rediculous! WHO CARES if Madonna adopted a child, it's noone else's business but hers and her families. I am not a great celebrity hound so don't really follow much of their comings and goings, but I do know that contrary to what some of these posts say, Madonna is not a "has been" her tour was the highest grossing tour of at least this year and of any female recordng artist. So to say that she is a "has been" sounds childish. Also, if she has the money, why not donate it to a worthy cause, can you not think of a better way to spend money than on Children, who cares if she gets some publicity out of it, so what, it doesn't detract from the fact that she is doing something good. Same as AJ, I can't stand this women because i think she is a skank and I question many of her motives, that being said if her donations are helping those in need, than more power to her. To say that madonna should not adopt this child because the nanny will be taking care of it, come on everyone, wake up, what rich person, celebrity and non celebrity alike has a nanny, do we not put our children in daycares, so that we can work? Same thing in my opinion. If someone's donations of money, time and effort do anything to help make this world a better place than I say, EVERYONE of us should have such a big heart and not judge others for their efforts!

47. We are all entitled to our opinions right???? My view is this she would have never got involved in this if she didnt need to jump on the celebrity adoption bandwagon. And as for me I am not in a financial positon to adopt a child unfortunately but I donate when I can to the ONE campaign and have recently donated to RED is that good enough for all you people who want to pick me apart because I am voicing my opinion?

53. I don't understand why you Madonna supporters are soooo upset that
people doubt that Madonna is adopting this child because she feels,
and believes , this is the right thing to do in her heart. All of her
years in the music business she as presented herself as a selfish,
self-centered person. She has only thought of herself, and getting
herself in any and every publication that would praise her or curse
her. She pimps out her own children to sell her CDs, books, and
concert tickets. Think about, every interview with them she was
selling something. When she displays this little boy, watch her,
she will be selling something. I honestly hope she is sincere with
this adoption. Every child needs a home- a loving home. If she is for
real, then I honestly wish them all the best.

56. I think what she has done is remarkable and the most gracious thing to do for a needy child. Whose life she is going to change forever for the better. I am sure that Madonna has gone all through the proper channels of adopting this child. The media has just got a hold of it now and making it a bigger deal then it really is. We don't need to know everything going on in her life nor is it our business inless she is wanting to come out with it herself. Madonna has been involved in helping the needy and the poor in different countries for along time. She is also especially involved in AIDS foundations so what makes her such a bad person, nothing!!! So leave her and her family alone to enjoy this wonderful child they just adopted. Madonna you are just a amazing women that has such a big heart and that you love to help others. I think that David is lucky to have someone like you to come into his life.

57. I have been reading other readers comments and you are right. You do have the freedom of speech and to state your opinion, but if you don't agree with what Madonna is doing or you just don't like her then you know what stop reading or listening about. Keep your horrible comments to yourself or speak with people who agree with how you feel. Ask yourself what does it matter how old she is regarding about adopting a child?? How do you know Madonna is a selfish person you don't?? Her close personal friends will tell you she just acts like that but she really is a sweet and loving person!!! I don't find it to be about being rich its about giving a child from a poor country a better life. Would it have been different if she brought it to the medias attention from the beginning and go through every little step with us. It's really not our business but what makes her any different from Angelina Jolie or Oprah nothing they all care about those poor children who will have no future inless the people get involved and help them out. So did Angelina do it to promote her movies, NO!! Did Oprah do it to promote her TV show, NO!!! About the father Ok all parents out there you love your children endlessly but one moment if you were poor and you couldn't give your child what it needed though it would be hard wouldn't you want to let someone adopt your child and give it a better life. How do you know Madonna doesn't spend time or take care of her children you don't nor do I but I do know she had taking sometime from the public eye to be with her children to be a mother. My point is just leave Madonna and her family alone about the whole thing and let her take care of that little boy.
