Fabolous Blasted With Criminal Charges

TMZ has learned that one day after being shot in the leg, rapper Fabolous, along with three others, has been charged with five counts of criminal possession of a weapon. Cops found two loaded guns in the car that was rushing him to the hospital.

Police claim it all started after an unknown man approached the 28-year-old rapper, whose real name is John Jackson, and opened fire -- striking him once in the thigh. Fabolous and his three cohorts jumped into a vehicle and sped from the scene, running a red light in the process. Cops pulled the car over and upon closer inspection discovered two loaded guns, both of which were allegedly unlicensed. All four men in the vehicle, including a bleeding Fabolous, were arrested. Police are still looking for the shooter.

If convicted on all charges, the men could spend anywhere from three and a half to 15 years in prison.

Fabolous, who is listed in stable condition, posted the $15,000 bail and is due back in court on Friday.

50. Informative,
I love it when you post because the more you type, the more ignorant you sound. I am 28, married and has been on my own since I was 17. I have two degrees and has NEVER needed government assistance. How can you say that someone is ignorant when you know nothing about them? YOU are ignorant. There is nothing wrong with women of any race needing assistance as a means of temporary help. Although I was raised by both parents, it wasnt uncommon where I grew up. I am not one to defend anyone because of their race, but right is right. I find it funny that you want to put down those of us that are giving our opinion and call us getto when YOU are the one sounding the part. I am sorry to disappoint you by living beyond your expectations. I am willing to bet that you are someone that has always been let down by your own, therefore you feel the need to put everyone in one category. Ignorance is bliss, informative is something that you arent.

51. No# 40 I agree with ya..... and it is obvious from these boards. People have too much hate in thier hearts and furthermore it is impossible to have a relevant debate on TMZ s boards because there are some selfish no good losers that post here. That does not pertain to all of you, and I am not making a generalization about all you guys but at the end of the day you know who you are dont you?

52. Once again I attack your mentalities Nikia, and the sad thing about it, is you don't even realize when your oppressed by negative thinking. You brought up the comment about assistance, not me. I don't think on that level, I would have never thought of that being a possible reason why some women don't report the men (I assume you mean the child%u2019s father %u2013AHH -PATHETIC!) to the government. Therefore, making their benefits suffer. I already pointed out that Medicare goes to children no matter what, that's one of the governments first priorities. So am sure you can see why I made the welfare comment. What other benefits are you referring to? People should throw away the crutches it's a good example for kids.

1.) Government assistance of any kind, was and is something that my family, since I was a child drilled in my head is a no, no. My grandmother who was raised humbly in Virginia born 1920 had 3 sisters and 4 brothers her being the oldest sister. She knew what struggling was and still she raised us to make a way for ourselves. When I first moved on my own there where times I had to eat the 13-cent noodle soups from Wal-Mart but I remember what my grandma said and it made me a better person to struggle and not pick up CRUTCHES. I know my families unique my mom said we would be. That when I got older I would see this, particularly amongst other black families. No one in my family is an unwed mother, no ones ever been to jail, and we definitely don%u2019t live with men without marriage or contributions. In fact the women in my family get married they don%u2019t live with men. Men do what you allow.

I accept the fact (even though you say you have two degrees) that you%u2019re not as intelligent as I.-- I can tell by how you write, you either oppose proof reading or-- your what I suspect to be not a very articulate person. Has been?? You repeatedly state that in your post. IGNORANT! Look the word up. I've simply rebutted some of the comments you made. Which generally happens during a disagreeable conversation. (YA THINK) things you said that I did not agree with and demonstrated why. I am a factual person, and also a very sharp listener. Maybe your someone that forgets things once they say them. Am like Judge Judy I'll be happy to remind you.

53. Dear Your Momma is white:
No I don't work for the State...the State does not pay enough, I am in private practice. If you are selling or buying a house in the greater Chicago area I'm your gal.

Dear It's all in fun:
Nahh, I don't take the 'L', but if you wash up I'll let you ride in my car.

And finally, to all the boys who gave their best shot, thanks for playing, better luck next article!!

54. I don`t care what anyone thinks about him, Fabolous is one of the best rappers of all time an how the on earth do you get pulled over for being shot who the hell cares about what`s in the car when your bleeding to death I believe this is a racial thing.I bet you the cops will not actually even try to find out who fired shots at him. I mean hey what ever happened with the cases with tupac a n B.I.G. I still didn`t see anyone get arrested for that.

55. Informative,

I hate to inform you that this will be my last time posting on this subject with you. I know I didn't point it out earlier, but my name is nika, not nikia. You compare yourself to Judge Judy, but she would have been able to catch that simple error. Please do her a favor and don't compare yourself to her.I am sure she would find that insulting.

I am not saying that the reasons I mentioned regarding benefits are a good thing. I only mentioned it because they are the main reasons why we have these numbers appear in statistics. As I stated earlier, I feel sorry for people like you that has so much belief in statistics.

You mentioned that I oppose proof reading. Are you serious? I appreciate that good laugh today at work. Have you read your own postings? Just to point out a few proofreading errors of my own:

there where times, - no. there were times

ya think- ya is not a word

your oppressed- no. you're oppressed or you are ( this error appear many times)

please read your last post #1 first sentence.

Read all of your posts so that you can see that there are too many run-on sentences.

56. I have the ability to write with expression, something an eboniclly inclined person such as yourself could not do. It's clear to see and, anyone would agree your oral and written skills are lacking. Just make a copy of my posts and yours and am sure your boss would agree.

"Ya think" is a slang term (part of expression) and there's a difference between being grammatically incorrect opposed to misspelling a few words. Your writing reflects this. Again, your boss would concur to that. “Your grasping at straws”.

Am GLAD this is your last post, because it's always amusing to go back and forth with a person such as yourself. Even if it's just to show the person’s inferiority (I was on the debate team I can’t help it). But it does become quite tiring when the person really has nothing to say. I picked apart your positions one by one, and you haven't really refuted any of my comments and demonstrated how there incorrect (am sure we no why). In fact you’ve simply just been defending yourself against a comment made by you, that clearly supports my assertions. But you fail to bring up any valid points towards the issue. So it does become frivolous after awhile. I’ll go look for a CHALLENGE.
