It is against the law for any club to let anyone under 16 in, if caught they risk losing their business but if it were say some kind of private party then yes it will be fine to have people under 16 their.

I really think it was a private party due to me not wanting to think someone would be so stupid enough to let someone under 16 into a club and risk losing their business and her mom being their.

17. How old is Lindsay Lohan? She is 20! Close, but no cigar. Let her wait a year and then the pompous door staff at Hyde can take proper responsibility by not breaking the law. Lohan is a regular at Hyde when it is typically open to the public. It really makes no difference with whom any of these underage celebrities are accompanied, either with their mothers or their entire damn family, Hyde has a privileged liquor license to operate and they (along with several other popular L.A. night spots) are continually in violation. The ABC simply does not have adequate resources to police all of thes clubs properly as they should unless an establishment has been issued numerous citations for violations in advance.

18. Some of you people really need to get out and find something constructive to do with your lives. Because hating on people you don't even know.....and people who couldn't give a rats ass about you is pretty sad.

19. The next thing you know Hyde will be changed over to Chuck-E-Cheese after it loses its license (the clientel at that point will be a key demographic for the restaraunt chain). Its already going downhill with clubs like Area getting all the attention. I find it funny that porn stars, billionaires, and actresses can't get into Hyde but they are letting in the teeny boppers with their parents?! If I were a regular patron of that bar I'd be disgusted and find a new place to spend my cash. Pretty soon Dakota Fanning will be taking Suri and Shiloh out for shots next month.

20. Yikes said not to bother responding because he/she/it wouldn't bother coming back to read the posts......as though the posts would only be for one person's benefit? Then again, I guess if you have the power to somehow see through a computer or else judge a person's race by the words they type, you might consider yourself more important than you actually are. 22. JoJo grew up in Foxboro MA, where I live and she was interviewed on the News when RV was out in Theatres.
She was saying "Oh I love Foxboro, I am never going to leave! I'll always continue to live here, because I dont want to be around the Hollywood Hype!" yeah shes with her mom, but I see this as baby steps into being a premature Olsen.

JoJo performs at events to encourage young adults to support President Bush! Political moves like that are so unwise for someone to young! Especially for BUSH!

24. 1) Aly and Aj dont lip-synch they did like twice ever! if you seach on youtube - aly and aj live. you can see they arent lip-synching.
2) Aly and Aj are both underage and i know that they wouldnt drink if you ever listen to some of their songs on their album you would know that or if you listen/read interviews you can tell they arent that waym they have much better morals
3) She had her MOM there and i HIGHLY doubt her own mother would let something bad happen

25. I highly doubt JoJo, Aly, & AJ were doing anything they weren't supposed to. I mean, JoJo's mom was there. It's very likely that it was a private party or something of the sort. I'm a big fan of Aly & AJ (who do not lip-sync by the way) and I'm sure that this article is making it seem worse than it is. You know the media, they're always twisting everything around. That's just my opinion. It's just highly unlikely.

Zach post #23, how then do you explain the fact that Lindsay Lohan is always allowed admission into Hyde when NO ONE UNDER 21 can even legally enter the premises by law (under any circumstances) as reflected in the type of liquor license that they were granted which does NOT permit those who are UNDERAGE to be allowed to enter the venue. Hyde's corporate offices are so full of it since they continue to break the law. If they, do indeed, decide to rent out the entire venure for a 'private party' where minors are presnt, they must first remove ALL liquor from the premises first according to California law! I have decided on my own, through my attorney, to file an official compalint with the Alcoholic Beverage Control of California, whether or not it will result in the suspension of their liquor license or just an investigation, they continue to violate in 'full view' of the media photogs when allowing known minors to patronize that joint.

27. stephanie finally someone with common sense
first of all Aly and Aj don't lip-sync...hyde is a bar but it's also a restaurant...so what now teenagers can't go to a restauratnt plus they were with Jojo's mom and i'm sure mrs. Michalka was also with them becasue she was at the event that they(aly,aj and jojo) were that night...now how can they do something bad if their moms are with them...for God's sakes get a life
