Apparently Mary-Kate Olsen lives in some alternate universe where the "homeless lumberjack" look is in.
The less-fashionable of the Olsen Twins was spotted shopping in West Hollywood wearing only a plaid button down shirt -- barely concealing her panties -- and black tights. 
Oh Mary-Kate, we get that you have your own "unique" sense of style, but please at least put on some pants before leaving the house next time!

I agree completely! If anyone were to walk in public where I live, only wearing a shirt and tights, the cops would have been called! It is called indecent exposure people! She has the right to dress however shabbily she wishes- just as long as she is dressed appropriately! Come on girl- get a brush and do something with that stringy mess, and put on a skirt or some pants! I KNOW your parents must be mortified!
