The European girl is actually from Puerto Rico. Her name is Zayra Alvarez and she is AWESOME. I have her spanish album, "Ruleta", which she just re-released with some some songs in english as well (available thru itunes). She is fluent and writes music in both languages. Ruleta is fantasic. I've never owned a spanish album but both I and my traditional, working class husband really enjoy it. She's also recording an all-english album right now, I don't remember the release target but probably sometime next year. Can't wait!

As for Tommy and Lukas, my bet is they're doing it for the cameras. They're probably laughing their asses off at how pissed off everyone is getting. Lukas absolutely slays. If you can get your hands on some of his old Cleavage and Rise Electric music, and give it an honest listen, it'll all make sense - the voice, the look, the attitude, everything. He is a phenominal songwriter. Absolutely blows me away.
