1606. BTW.....if HKS accidently killed Daniel by giving him an overdose ( by mistaking ASPRIN for METHADONE. ) Than why not just " FESS UP " If I did that Just tell the truth. I would just say. " Gee, I feel really bad. I gave him the methadone by mistake. I thought they were asprins. They look the same and they were out on the counter. He had a head ache so I passed him a few asprins to alleviate the pain. I didn't realize. It was just an accident. I didn't do it intentionally.

Everyone knows that by lying about it , it will only cause you to sink deeper. It also shows " consiousness of guilt ". That's why I believe it was intentional.

I think he silenced ANS by blackmailing her. I therorize that he said something like this to her :

" They were your drugs Anna. You're not even suppose to have them. You took them during your pregnancy and Dannilynn has them in her system. You will lose Everything. If you expose me. I will expose you. . You will go down right with me. You better shut up. Play dumb. And do As I SAY. You know nothing. You saw nothing. ! Larry will get your baby because I know that YOU know , he is the real father. I know you tried to get BEN to say he was the father. I know all your dirty little secrets and now it's time to keep one of mine." Something like that.

That's where Anna's case of amnesia comes in. That will come back like a boomarang to polish them off . Just another nail in the coffin. You can't have amnesia and still remember some things........while you forget others. It doesn't work that way. An expert will recant that right away. Just my scenario as to " WHY " Anna would cover-up the murder of her son. I would love to hear yours.

1608. Lenn, sorry, I have to butt in here. There are 3 ways of death, accident, suicide, and homicided. BUT, there are many FORMS of homicide. Negligent homicide, pre-meditated murder, manslaughter, etc., and all of those come in varying degrees.

This is a crime I've researched like nothing I've researched in years. There was SOME form of homicide happening in that room. Owl is correct - you don't shout "IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT" OR "YOU DID THIS" to a dead child. There were 3 people in the room that night, by later the next morning there were 2. You do the math.

Motives? There are motives coming out the yahzoo.......and coincidentally, there is a day coming up that WOULD have been cause for celebration in any other situation - Daniel's 21st birthday would have been January 22. Ironic how the timing of all this happened.

I'm not going into my thoughts on what happened again - over and over I have and everyone knows where I stand. I think both ANS and HKS should be serving time for Daniel's murder and the fact that no one is talking about it or stirring the pot is shameful. Brushing a crime like this under the rug should make make the people doing it ashamed and haunted for the rest of their lives.

1609. Patty, not to break down the degrees of murder, they just stick to the basics. The three of forms of death we talked about. Now for ANS yelling it's your fault, think about this it's always someone fault in ANS world never her's. We don't know what she meant by the statement or you did it! So by that statement if we take it at face value HKS killed Daniel and there is no other explanation. The problem with that is we don't know all the facts and no one is coming forth with them. I for one feel that if HKS killed Daniel ANS wouldn't be having a fake little marriage to this cold blooded killer. I do believe that ANS was drugged up, because is always drugged up about 90% of the time. Owl, you always have very good points, Sarah, Tree, IM, Kio, Walter, and everyone else I read all your points daily, but I will keep an open-mind, because in the end no one knows but the three of them and one of them is dead, and the other two won't talk!

1610. Lenn most of what i post are my own oppinions with some news i found on the net. Your right I do not know what happened that night but i have my idea as to what i think happened. If im proven wrong so be it I would gladly be wrong to find out that Daniel was not given the overdose by Vickie Lynn or Howie.

But as you say i want proof not just their own words. I want an inquest that is not corrupt by the gov or Vickie Lynn or Howie.

Will we ever get that who knows but it doesn't hurt to keep trying to get one.

Lenn, I agree with most of your posts, although, growing up in a police/fire department family, I know there are various degrees of homicide - any of which could apply to this boy should it go that far. I hope it does. I've seen too many homicides for me to believe this was a murder, and quite frankly, with some of the time frames and time reports of Danial's actions, there is no way it could have been a suicide. Also, the word "accident" then would imply that his death was accidental is almost an insult to a knowledgable person's intelligence. The words "Why Am I so tired?" is very telling because if Daniel had taken a fraction of those drugs....he'd have a clue about what's happening to his body. The final report should have the drugs listed, the amounts of the drugs found in the system, and the amounts found in the remaining food (if any) in Daniel's stomach. We'll have to see how much $ 80,000 can buy.

Owl is 100% correct. If Daniel's death was accidental, Anna would have screamed something to the effect, "OMG, I thought I gave him aspirin and I gave him this....SOMEONE please help him!" I would not think to blame my "life committed partner" or whatever it is you call those clowns. It's not even a hysteria reaction. It means that at some point, ANS KNEW HKS used one or another of those drugs, or KNEW he had possibly given it to Daniel, or KNEW the plan they did have went awry, if there was one. Somehow, someway, ANS has a reason for saying what she did. I've seen many mother's who've organized or participated in the death of a child, but when the actuality occurs, there's no "prepared response". It's pure hysteria - because whether or not a mother has those genetics to be nurturing, at the moment of death, there is no turning back and there IS (in 99.9%) "shock" no matter how much planning a mother does. I know that and have seen that as true fact. Now we have to see how much "shock" outweighed the "planning" in this particular murder. As you've read above, there is no physical way Daniel could have taken those drugs (all of them) voluntarily. He would have been vomiting far before he got a lethal dose in him.

1612. There have been LIES and misinformation posted in an attempt to distract from the facts.

The true FACTS are:

Daniel died Sept. 10, 2006.

Cyril Wecht and Dr. Govinda Raju both did separate autopsies and signed the Death Cert as "Certifiers" on Sept. 19, 2006.

The case was referred to the Coroner - Mrs. Linda Virgill, who said the death was "SUSPICIOUS" and "NOT natural causes", and set a date for an INQUEST of Oct. 23, 2006. She was then transferred out of office.

Daniel buried on Oct. 19, 2006.

Daniel's birthday Jan. 22, 1986 - would have been 21 this year.

TMZ posted a copy of Daniel's death cert on Oct. 5, 2006:

Daniel's death cert says

"CAUSE OF DEATH:"
"Disease ... - Reserved" (NOTHING about a heart attack or heart disease)
"Antecedent causes: - Pending chemical analysis and histopathology report"
(Emphasis on "PENDING"!!!!!)

2 Pathologists names on Death Cert are Cyril Wecht and Dr. Govinda Raju, because they both did separate autopsies. Neither of the autopsy reports have been made public.

Labs in the US and Bahamas did the toxicology reports that Cyril Wecht was making conclusions from, regarding the drugs and the levels in Daniel's system.

The Bahamian Coroner's office should issue the finalized Death Cert (not Cyril Wecht), after an INQUEST is completed. The Bahamian Coroner, Mrs. Linda Virgill issued that preliminary Death Cert, so they could get him buried.

The investigation into Daniel's death is still OPEN, and there have been NO FINAL rulings yet.

Why isn't Momma Anna INSISTING now on an INQUEST to find answers as to how and why her son died, and to close this case? The Bahamian police and public want an INQUEST. The American public want an INQUEST.
The public can keep writing to the Attorney General to ask WHY an INQUEST has not been scheduled yet.

It's hard being an ARMY of 1. It must be very disconcerting to ANS and HKS that they have " no supporters " left. I hope Larry BIrkhead gets his baby back soon. Bahamian authorities need to do a DRUG RAID on the Horizons compound and take that baby to a safe haven.

Larry may not be the richest guy in the world but when it comes to love he's quite wealthy and will give it all his daughter. That is one lucky little girl to have him for a daddy, now they just need to be united so they can begin the bonding process.

I noticed that the reporter on this article said that "international" bloggers are joining with the Bahamas B2B news agency, to demand an inquiry into Daniel's death. It's not just a small handful of people who are getting involved in the letter writing campaign and speaking out.

The reporter said the Bahamas B2B is the Bahamas' LARGEST website, and they have already been calling for an INQUEST into Daniel's mysterious death, and seem happy that Americans have "finally" started doing the same.

The reporter said that "US cable television" has expressed concern over the Bahamian authorities' failure to order a proper inquiry (INQUEST) into the case. This would be the "Nancy Grace" show and other cable news shows.

Anyone who has written a letter to the Bahamas Attorney General or Social Services or the Minister of Tourism or the US Ambassador ..... is included in this group of CONCERNED citizens seeking justice for Daniel, and safety for Dannielynn. Please KEEP WRITING!

Maybe we could see justice for Daniel in time for his 21st birthday on Jan. 22nd?!
