31. I do not think it is a coincidence either. HKS said on Larry King that he coached Daniel on how to get methadone from a doctor. If they are not responsible for his death, they are atleast responsible for contributing to a minor. That should be looked into, and whoever gave Daniel the methadone should go directly to jail....... What kind of Mother would allow herself or anyone else to give their child drugs? A drug addict herself...Hopefully she will get the help she needs one day..

33. Her house of cards is falling down. All of her dirty lies are flying back at her like boomarangs. YES !! Finially something is being done and results are begining to unfold. Fraud is only one of the charges she should be held responsible for. Once it is proven that she lied on that birth certificate they can start going after her for all of the other infractions. But if this is the catalyst that get the ball rolling than GREAT ! She better hope that Larry is the father. Because the only other reason I can think of ...for her to need to hide the true identity of the biological father ...... Would be if the possibility exists that it could be Daniel.

We really don't know how sick her relationship was with her son. ANd before you get pisst off at me. Just look at the damaged goods you are dealing here. She is not of sound mind. So you can't rule out anything. I'm just baffled at WHY she needs to run from a paternity test so desperately that she has to flee the U.S. She must have an awfully dirty secret is trying to hide. And I don't think it's just the drugs.

It won't be long now. Speculation will soon be replaced by " FACTS " HKS must hear the distant banging of the tribal drums. They are getting ready to cook his goose. He must be sh*tting his pants at this point. They are going to disbar his ass quicker than you can say " Anna is a liar "..............It won't be long now.

Finially justice is getting closer to being served . Daniel death won't be in vien and that little girl stands a fighting chance to grow up with some normalcy. IT'S NO LONGER ABOUT ANNA.
It now as become an investigation about " Doing the right thing " Go Orli Go !!!

36. Anyone know the outcome of today's hearing in CA??? The obvious next step is to take the "action" to the Bahamas court. Birkhead's attorney is loaded for bear. I'm sure she's got an affidivat from the Thompson fella re: ANS trying to hoodwink him into fatherhood. Goes along with the move to the Bahams to avoid Birkhead's paternity.

I think she has more than displayed by her actions as to what is most important to her. And it isn't that.

This is a mother who left her dead son freezing in a morgue for over a month while she froliked in a mock marraige ceremony to man she lied about and said was the father of Danilynn.She moved her daughter into a house and squatted there with no intentions of fullfilling her obligation to pay her expenses . What kind of living enviroment is that for her " new family " ? She is denying her child the right to know her true father and that my friend IS NOT SOMEONE WHO PUTS HER MOTHERHOOD 1ST.

Maybe you have been on vacation, or have temporary amnesia. But it has been very obvious that Anna has done a piss poor job at parenting since the day Daniel was born. Now she's about to do the same to her next victim. Please do yourself a favor and don't waste your precious time defending her. My advise to you is to direct that effort towards saving her baby. Not singing Anna 's praises as her focus being on caring for her daughter. MOTHER OF THE YEAR............she definately is NOT. If anything she is in dyer need of Parenting classes and should have state ordered supervision bringing up that little girl SHe definately should not be left to do it alone. Himmie ( Patty's affectionate name given to Kimmie) and HKS are just USELESS.

39. Birkhead is such a slimeball. If Anna Nicole was some poor girl living in a trailer park, he wouldn't give a sh*t about this baby. But since he could get some "child support" out of her, he's all for proving he's the father. I pray for the sake of the baby that he's not the sleezy father. Heck, the baby would probably be better off being adopted by Madonna.

40. Larry Birkhead must really & truly believe he is the father if e is going through all of this. I still maintain my original stance, if he KNEW she was promiscuous, a drug user etc then WHY did he have unproteted sex with her? I do feel for him, I just don't think he was thinking with his brain. I do wish she would give over & do the stinking tests. I also still maintain that if she was on drugs during the pregnancy & birth that the child would have & perhaps still would be showing signs of withdrawl. I think she's making a huge mistake & should grow up & face the music, people are really starting to wonder about her sanity etc.

41. Some of you have seen this before (and I'll apologize for the repeat to the one's who have seen it, but it fits perfectly), but....

To all her supporters:

ARE YOU ON CRACK OR SOMETHING?

Yeah, we should all feel sorry for this woman. She marries a man 60 years her senior, worn her wedding dress to his funeral, got a reality show, has ircus freaks for our "people", her "lawyer" only has had 1 client - HER, stay stoned all the time (I'm assuming you've seen her show and/or public appearances), dragged that poor old man's family over the coals just to let everyone know later "she and her attorney have a hidden relationship and have been in love for years", accuses multiple men of being her baby's father (don't know about you, but I KNEW who the father of mine was), told one man the baby was his, then admitted she lied when it couldn't possibly be because after her announcement HE announced he was shooting blanks, then named yet another man as the child's father and let him accompany her to doctor's appts, then zoomed off to the Bahamas, had her child there while living in the 1st "named" father's million dollar mansion but not paying a cent for it, had her oldest son die IN her hospital room, named her new baby after her dead brother (try THAT one for whole life...ugh), put her dead kid through several autopsies - then left him on a slab in the frig for 39 days, marry (but not legally) a lawyer who claims to be the father one Larry King and has just screwed any shot of getting that previous marriage settlement for her because BY GOING ON LARRY KING HE'S admitting to unethical practicing and a severe conflict of interest, jumped into the ocean in her designer wedding dress, party with champage, and two days later, throws herself over her dead child's coffin as he's being lowered into the ground. Oh and I forgot, she cut off her family from seeing her new child and her parents their new granddaughter, made sure her parents couldn't mourn Daniel by burying him so far away, they won't be able to go to his grave on any holidays or birthdays or just because they want to feel closer to him, ignored court orders and meetings with lawyers even though there may be a possible homicide charge involved, and is getting herself evicted although she's attained one of the largest settlements in marital history.

And who is by her side through all of this? A lawyer who CLAIMS he loves her. I've had friends in some pretty f'd up situations, and the people who LOVE them try to help them, Howie is only helping her dig her hole deeper. Pretty strange advice from a lawyer - "ignore court and lawyer documents and meetings, don't pay rent, etc." He's sinister. ONE of them is involved in Daniel's death, if it was Anna, I HOPE it was accidental, but with Howie and Kimmie, I don't know. After reading that Daniel had a trust set up for him by the Marshall family, I would be interested in seeing what age he became in control of that and when that money was his alone. Motive, motive, motive.

Yeah, I'm DONE feeling sorry for her. It's time she did the right thing - FOR HER DAUGHTER, not only think of herself. What the heck kind of parents does this child have that would put her through this? If they have nothing to hide, and want to be left alone, then they need to come forward, take the test, and get it over with. But with all the lies, SHE'S HIDING SOMETHING. How can ANYONE be blind to that? It's astonishing!

Good Lord. I think I hear the village calling again.

The authorties are onto her ass and CONSPIRACY CHARGES are very serious. IF they find the " Himmie was involved than it go to " RICO " which atomaticly goes FEDERAL. If that happens .......it wil be all over. Once the Fed's come after you they just exhaust everything you have when you try to fight it. She will be swimming up stream if that happens.
