Anna Nicole Slapped With Fraud Suit

46. YAY!!!! Lawyers just said on TV that if she comes to US jurisdiction - ANS faces drug charges, possible neglect charges, fraud charges, and possible murder charges. AND she risks the loss of her $400 million dollars from the Marshall settlement. I did not know that Larry Birkhead coached Daniel on methadone....that is possibly why he isn't coming back either. If HE comes back, then HE may face loss of his bar license, charges of unethical practicing, and they may overturn her settlement because of his "profession of love".

A shrink just made a REALLY good point.....Anna jumps into the ocean after a c-section (you aren't even supposed to bath for up to 8 wks), and wearing all the makeup and looking pretty, designer clothes, etc., she said "Howard and Anna are "co-dependent narcissists."

And yep, guess what ....the "M" word has now been thrown out - Daniel's body had 7 times the amount of drugs in his body that could kill him. SEVEN TIMES. Hmmmm. Can we all say "HOMICIDE".......and who is discussing this case? My two favorite "bite and don't let go" lawyers: Nancy Grace and Gloria Allred (spelling)! Anna and Howie, your time has COME. YES!

50. Thanks JMO, I caught it in the last moment. Now someone who hassled me for being incorrect on another blog with jump me on this one. Arghhhh. Oh well, at least I quickly corrected myself, better to do that than have the 32 hostile bloggers from the other blog ruining this for everyone else!

I truly am happy that things are coming to a boil, BUT I hope that ANS and HKS aren't SO narcissistic that something far worse happens....to the baby, or that they do something stupid like a double suicide or something. Because this is such a simple ordeal, and they are hiding something SO big. It's insane. To protest THIS much only calls that much more attention to themselves.

Lesson to everyone. Money can pay your bills but not buy you happiness. Happiness comes from inside. And it's been apparent that none of ANS's people really care about her "happiness" for a long time, they are like leeches sucking the life out of ANS, quite literally. That poor Daniel died with 7 times a fatal amount of drugs in his system, and he got it from somewhere. My guess is AFTER he got to the Island, because I would think his bags would have been searched or he would have had some effects on that long flight from CA or TX, then connecting in FL. I would think someone with seven times the fatal amount of drugs in their system would be noticably incapacitated. I mean, geez, on the show Airliine, they stop people who've had a few beers from getting on a plane. And the flight from FL to the Bahamas is short, so I think he would have been noticably impaired. And to die in the AM - what happened all night? I'm so glad the public is now grasped the word "murder" and "fraud" and "character". All of which will call attention to ANS, her fake hubby, and her fake Himmie.

Kimmie or Himmie, whichever you prefer, probably isn't saying anything because I had heard somewhere in all this mess that Queen Anna makes her "peeps" sign something stating they will not disclose anything they know. I'm sure it's the same "peeps" that have her tatooed on their bodies. Unbelievable, ALL of them. Go Larry! Anna has gotten away with her antics long enough.

54. Let's just sum up this whole situation. Anna Nicole is a very self-centered, ignorant, and insensitivity idiot. Leaving your so in the deep freeze for a month is so bad on so many levels. Slutting around with three men and who knows who's baby this really is, maybe the mailman. Get a grip folks, this is going to end badly for Anna.

55. I don't get any of the court tv programs that the rest of you watch. Any explanation as to why today's CA hearing was postponed till Monday?? That would explain why Birkhead's attorney is taking the case directly to the Bahamas.

56. Post #39 Mrs. Scott : I think we have exchanged comments before. I just wanted to respond to your last one here. Larry and Anna according to all accounts PLANNED to have a baby together. In fact this was her 2nd pregnancy with Larry. She lost the 1st baby in a miscarraige.

I am sure Larry thought , like a lot of people do who enter into relationships with distrubed or drug addicted partners..............THAT HE COULD RESCUE HER. It's a couragous thing to try to do . But unless the person wants to get of drugs or seek help for what ever ailes them. It is a lost cause to think you can ' CHANGE SOMEONE " He gave it a hell of shot . He encouraged her and supported her while she attempted rehab but alas the DRUGS won the battle in the end. When Larry could no longer handle her corupt lifestyle they parted ways. THe relationship may have ended between Anna and him but he didn't think she would be so selfish as to think that ment the BABY too.

When one person in a relationship does drugs and the other one doesn't. In every circumstance I know.........something has to give. I am sure that is just part of the reason she split on very bad terms with him. He knows all her dirty little secrets and she wasn't going to stick around with a baby on the way knowing that his knowledge of her lifestyle could be exposed at any minute. I am sure in her mind she thought she had no other choice.

To blame Larry for falling for Anna isn't really fair. Who knows what she whispered to him under the covers. She must have promised him the moon. And he wanted to believe it .........so he did. Hense the saying " LOVE IS BLIND "

As far as freezing Marshall's sperm to have this baby. I highly doubt that. As narcistic as Anna is I am quite sure she found Birkhead a much more suitable father ascetically, than Marshall. Case closed on that scenario.

I think that Larry's concern now is for a child that could possibly be his and whom he BELIEVES IS HIS...............because they planned the baby together and she told him it was his.That's all he has to go on at this point. The only one who has done something wrong here is ANNA. I am pulling for Larry 100 %.

58. Post #53 Cinderella : You are right about Anna having her " peeps " sign confidentiality contracts. In fact............Larry had to sign one too. However , once a baby was involved( that be was told was HIS.) He said ' screw the contract " I am going to do what is right for the child.

Even HKS said something about that while being interviewed on T.V. That Larry was now going to be sued by Anna because he wasn't suppose to say ANYTHING about their relationship or her private life. Sue him for what ? It's not like he is a rich man.

Too bad for Anna. For once something came before HER AND HER NEEDS. I have only respect for a guy that does something like that. As far as the ridiculous theory that anyone is lurking around waiting to get their hands on the millions of $$$ that Anna MIGHT get from Marshall's estate. That is just the case. When you inherit money from family NOBODY ELSE IS INTITLED to that you.

My Mom received an inheritance from her Mom My Dad cannot touch it. Unless she wants to give it to him.... or it states that he gets it in her will. Othewise it's just not something you are intitled to. It goes to that person and that person ALONE. Marriage or no marraige. HKS would not be able to get his hands on it unless he convinced Anna to folk it over and stated that the money would go to him on a legal document.

So much for that. Besides......that case still has to be heard in Surpreme Court and a ruling has yet to be made. She may not even get that. After everything that has happened . It doesn't look hopeful at this stage in the game. I think she has blown that one.
