661. Marthie, I don't consider ANY mother losing her child boring - not in the US, not in Iraq, not in Dafur, not anywhere. The point of this blog is the circus atmosphere (as you mentioned) Anna brought on herself. She may be a mourning mother, but I truly believe attention is attention to her, no matter how she gets it. This will get far more interesting now that they are talking about exhuming Daniel's body, re-filing the eviction papers, forcing extradiction to get the baby back into support and custody jurisdiction. I'm sure that the guy who rented her the house wakes up every day and wants to jump off a bridge, but he's not playing anymore. He's serious about giving her the boot out of there. Now she is saying she can't leave because her son's body is there - the Bahamian gov't and police are saying "get out, it doesn't make you a citizen, file papers for exhumation. " The problem with exhuming Daniel is not because she's being evicted, she has to state a legal reason why he's being exhumed. Legal meaning, an investigation, etc., and personally, I think her mother has come to terms that either ANS or HKS has killed Daniel, and she wants to see whoever hurt him pay for the crime.

662. What was Alex Goen doing on Nancy Grace AGAIN? I thought Anna was his spokesperson, NOT the other way around. He responds to question's from Nancy as if he is memorizing a script. He isn't authentic or truthful in my opinion.

Nancy wants to give ANS the benefit of the doubt, but she sees there are too many issues on the docket.

Nancy asked Alex, if ANS wants to be left alone, then why did give the ET interview,
Alex's only response was,' she had to, in order to left alone.' What about the MONEY, I waited on Nancy for that one...but nothing!

I think it's a positive statement from Nancy to delve into this case....we ALL know, that Nancy WON"T back down. She WILL get to the root of the TRUTH!

663. Hello...........Hollywood....... Anna's B.S. is in the house tonight. I have a feeling this will be the place to be I would like to tell Inquiring Mind that post # 655 was really good. I believe that the Bahamian Magestry knew of Anna's sorrid past and took a pay off from HKS to obtain an expediate residentcy. They are known as a country " who looks the other way " when they see $$ signs. She sure slid in there awfully quick. They also had the assurance from Anna and Howard that the house they were residing in WAS THEIRS. Only later did they find out otherwise.

Hello Kiokoke, nice of you stop by. Here's what I gathered from Nancy Grace. The hearing today was confidential. Private and not to be leaked to the public. However it was. The issues addressed in the hearing regarded legal ethics, murder, pending eviction, paternity and a criminal inquest into the cause of Daniel death. Opri came out to say they won jurisdiction for CA. and considered this a "victory ".. Anna's lawyer in the Bahamas ( whose name escapes me ) was very angry that Opri made that annoucement because it was suppose to be " private " They reported that HKS and Anna left the court house smiling. I don't know what to think here.

I know that Thompson never filed a formal notice of any kind to evict Anna. There isn't any record of one. Now I am waiting for Entertainment tonight to come on so I can see Anna finish herself. Looking forward to hear what you all have to say.

664. Nancy's my girl, she'll dig in heels first and won't let go. And Anna "needed" to do the ET interview in order to be left alone, good old common sense tells you that she just has to do the DNA test, fork over the money for the mansion and quit hiding out like some gangster. I don't have any pity for her anymore. Opinion, you are right about Nancy, she's trying so hard to be objective but you can tell she's about to rip at the seams. I love that show!

666. I'm sooooo DONE with Alex Goen/TrimSpa and Mark Steines/ET.... I don't even have the energy to comment on their moronic stupid empty ass kissin of ANS/HKS any more!!! Maybe if we ignore ET, it will go away???? (grimace) No matter how much more of that never ending ET interview they show ..... I still don't believe a word ANS/HKS are saying ..... and the TRUTH will come out in the DNA test and further investigations.

Waiting for an update on Attorney Debra Opri's Press Release website, at luckmedia.com, to see what she said after the jurisdiction/paternity hearing today. I saw a brief clip of Opri saying that this case could set a new legal precedent regarding pregnant women and paternity.

If anyone knows what tv show is airing Debra Opri giving her press release, please tell us.

The Associated Press is reporting that LB came out and gave a thumbs up sign, but did not say anything. It says that the California courts DO have jurisdiction over ANS, because ANS lived, worked and had a sexual relationship in California.. This is a BIG hurdle that was crossed today, in favor of LB!

As far as I can understand, it has not yet been decided if Anna will have to submit to the paternity test? I guess that will be decided in future hearings?

Stupid Alex Goen said that he knew that Anna and Howard were very very happy about today's proceedings in court. ( I find that reeeeeelllly hard to believe unless they popped some ecstacy before getting a report from their attorney on what happened in court - ANS/HKS were not present at the hearing).

Somehow Debra Opri is within legal guidelines to hold the press conferences outside the court, so I'm sick of Anna's attorneys whining about the hearing is supposed to be private. Debra Opri knows what she can say, and what is NOT supposed to be released to the public. She's not gonna risk blowin the whole case on a press release.

670. I am tired of Anna saying everyone is kicking her when she is down. DOWN!! Down is what Daniel was........He was DOWN at the funeral home while she was designing her faux wedding dress, arranging photo shoots, partying it up drinking chapagne on that yacht at sea for that poor excuse of a wedding and lets not forget trying to get some guy to sign the birth certificate. Oh I almost forgot she had to COMPOSE herself!

671. I must be watching the wrong channels. How does everyone know when news about ANS is going to be on TV?

Personally, and I know most of you will not agree, but PERSONALLY, when they showed the close-ups of Dannielynn on TV today, she looked a LOT like HKS to me. She has his chin, with the dimple in it, his mouth and his big eyes. But thats just me. It could be that if LB's picture was right next to hers, I would think the same thing.

I have read here that ANS' atty stated that Opri's statements were misleading but he refused to elaborate. What do you think that means?

Ok, couldn't sleep, just signed on for a second, but then laughed out loud and woke up snoring hubby (usually a freight train can go thru the bedroom and he doesn't flinch)......Ahhhhhh married life.......Vanna, I would like to buy some numbers from Inquiring Mind, yes 666 please, and whatever curse I can throw at the hubby would be nice if it's a deal package. IM, you are just too funny - caught between Satan and Anna! I about died when I read that! LMAO!

If I find out what show Opri is going to be on (I always feel redneck like I'm spelling Oprah wrong don't you?), I'll tape it and then send it to whoever doesn't have it. My ex-daughter in law is from OH and is the biggest redneck (no hatemail from OH, I have friends there too, she just happens not to be one of them), but she'll tell me that she saw on "Opri" this or that, it always cracks me up. By the way, she also thinks the National Globe is a real newspaper and there really are 85 lb. babies born with 3 heads. Lord have mercy.

Opinion, do you know I got through to Nancy twice and got cut off? I was so pissed and I was going to do a shout out to my "lynch mob". My hubby said "You WILL NOT do that", and you know what THAT means, it means I was going to. Darn it. There will be plenty more Nancy Graces, and I'll do it then.

Tree, I thought that too - that Daniel saw how diabolical (that's a Superman word!) ANS was being and maybe he just couldn't take anymore. With all her weird lifestyle behavior and all that. Maybe he WAS around when she was planning this not legal ceremony (why even by a dress? Duh) and he thought "Oh hell no, this Stern jerk isn't going to be MY stepfather", thinking that Howard would get control of his money as well. Maybe he went to see his mother in the hospital like a normal kid, then he and Howie had a "talk" about who's running the circus in the future, and he just went over the edge. It's obvious there was some tension between the two (like the comment Daniel threw at HKS when HKS teased him for being a virgin at 19 and Daniel said "Well you've been with my mother 12 years and haven't gotten any p*ssy"). I'm sure that's not the only words between them. I for one think that Daniel was gay, and I'm in no way bashing him, but I bet that Howard would not want something like that coming out, given how ANS is so sexual about everything. Even posing with her son sexually. Weird, weird. I think ANS would have handled Daniel's possible homosexuality well, but I don't think "Mr. Image" HKS would have. I think he would have tortured him mercilessly. I don't think there was any love lost between the two.

AJ, when I saw Dannielynn's pic, I had the opposite thought. LB also dies his hair, he's not a natural blonde. He also has a slight dimple. I thought she looked alot like him. But then, she also looked alot like Daniel. I don't know - I always think newborns look like ET so who am I to say? I don't ever think they are really cute until they are a few months old and starting to develop facial features and stuff. She could look like the postman at this point.

Ok, wish me luck tomorrow - 2 job interviews (UGH) I decided to change my path in life and I'm nervous, it's been 25 years since I went on a job interview and TWO tomorrow. After my accident (you can all laugh if you want to) I was run over (literally) by a truck and broke several bones from my collarbone to my feet. So I can't wear the suits and heels like the other "interviewees" do. My knees still won't support me if my feet aren't level. I don't know why I'm talking about this, like anyone really cares. But being off long enough has given me a chance to rethink my direction before I reach my final goal. All I can say is I'm sick of stairs, I hate knees, and can't stand interviews. I'm old enough to be someone's mom when they interview me and they can barely contain laughter when I say my "accident" was being hit by a truck. Now WHO IN THE HELL would lie about that??? WTF. Anyways, good middle of the night all and see you tomorrow! Maybe the new twist is that Britney filed for divorce from K-Dud cause she's really gay and her and Anna are going to spend their lives together. Bet no one thought of that, eh? Patty - I thought the SAME thing, but didn't post it (yet) cuz I knew I (we) would get cursed and flogged for even thinking such a thing, and blah blah blah ..... but Anna was NOT convincing at all when she said that Daniel was on anti depressants cuz of trouble in a "relationship" .... then she haltingly added ... "with a GIRL", under Howard's glaring stare. I picked up on some vibe there. It popped into my head that maybe Daniel was gay, and was depressed over how to deal with it, and coming out in the public eye surrounding his mother? Like Owl said, if there WAS a "girlfriend" she would have been brought to media attention by now.

I think Anna's attorney did not elaborate on his comments that LB's attorney's "statements were misleading", because he was right there in front of Debra Opri and she would have had a response that proved him wrong. Anna's lawyers like to play word games, and throw out "hints" of something, that turn out to be nothing. They do not back up what they say with PROOF!

I DO think Anna is disgusting! And I do not appreciate being lied to over and over and over and over. Either shut up, or stop lying Anna!

Anna was sooooooo lame on the ET interview about who the daddy is.
She just basically said she wants to be left alone, on that issue.

I also thought that Anna and Howie are video taping everything and selling it. WHY don't they tape and sell a video of Anna letting her baby have a DNA swab taken, and a hair sample taken for drug tests? That would be worth a million! Or sell video of an interview with Anna and Howie AFTER the DNA results are in - THAT I would watch!

I think Anna and sidekick are going to pull a fake surprise when the DNA test proves that LB is the daddy. Just like so many retards do on the Maury show. I can't get over how many stupid women go on that show KNOWING that they are lying about who the daddy is, then throw a big drama acting surprised when the DNA results come in. They don't wanna admit that they are LIARS .... they were just "mistaken" (cha right!).

Why doesn't Anna use that extreme anger and indignation that she displayed against her mother on the ET interview, and direct that high voltage energy towards finding out WHO gave her son the high level of drugs that killed him! Why isn't Anna THAT angry with whoever killed her son?

674. It could be that Anna is not in vigilante mode trying to find the "killer" of her son because, as a mother, she may feel as though he killed himself! Mothers have instinctive feelings about matters relating to their offspring; even before the forensics tests are conducted or an accepted theory is settled on, a mother often knows in her heart where the truth lies. Even then, she may not express this gut feeling to just anyone, including even family members at first (if ever). This, then, could be the reason that Anna is not devoting more energy into "finding the killer" of her son, Daniel.

675. I really do think Daniel was gay, and because of his mother's image, it was not an option for him to "come out". That's got to be so terribly hard, I can't even imagine. And if HKS was teasing a 19 yr. old about being a virgin, how much respect did he have for ANS OR her son? And why would ANS let that go on? It makes me physically ill, literally. I can't stand the thought of what must have been going through that kid's head. He looked uncomfortable when his own mother was all over him, imagine the jokes and jeers from HKS when he had to pose with a woman (which, btw, I've NEVER SEEN). I coddled my son (I had him in high school) and we were EXTREMELY close, but there was a time when I knew to back off. But there was something about his behavior - even my daughter said one night when the show was on "I feel so sorry for that kid, he's gay and can't even tell his own mother", and I said "How do you know that?" She's like "Mom, LOOK at him." She wasn't bashing him either, she was just feeling sorry for him. I do too poor kid. If he thought that HKS was already running the show, and then a marriage would come and HKS would REALLY have control, you can only imagine what was going through that kid's head.

By the way, when you have crickety bones, don't try to move a dresser. Just a word of advice. Owwwwwwww. Who can I cry to? It'll only be for a minute LOL.
