62. these 2 guys look NOTHING alike. I think upon observation of the baby it will by crystal clear....Howard has a shnozzzz and this other guy has a mosquito bite for a nose...blonde/dark jew. OBviously there is a disagreement so get on with the Paternity test already! The only reason Howard and Anna have anyreason to avoid it is because they know this other guy is obviously the daddy. Somebody call Maury!

64. Who is caring for the infant? I hope someone competent is there looking after that poor innocent baby. Even in the best of times Anna herself needs a nanny. I can only imagine with all that is going on Anna has come completely unglued, unhinged and unravelled. She's probably melted into a puddle of sick on the floor. If she can't be saved please somebody step in and save that baby. I feel for her, losing her son but all this madness needs to be stopped.

65. this blonde guy seems genuine to me. I dont think he is in this for just for the money. Can you imagine being so sure that you had a child and people were trying to ignore you? He very well possibly could be a father and have a child. Thats heavy stuff and people should understand that he is justified in putting up a fight for the truth. Wouldnt any responsible person?
Anna and Howard are hiding something to try to avoid a paternity test. If howard was the father, whats to hide?

66. Post #65 Angela: Birkhead has no monetary gain by claiming the baby is his. UNLESS he gets full custudy of the baby.

If that were to happen than .........and only than would Anna be required to pay child support. It would be based on her earnings and would have NOTHING to do with any INHERITANCE that she may or MAY NOT be getting. I don't know how much she has earned on HER OWN . But with the way she spends her $$$ it certainly wouldn't be enough of a motive to try and go after visitations rights to see his child. He gains absolutely nothing from that.

However.......if the DNA proves him to be the father than he has every RIGHT to sue her for pain and suffering caused by her alienating him from his own daughter. Then....he could get a substancial settlement for that.

Money is no compensation for precious moments and memories he was robbed of because of Anna's selfishness and immaturity. But it certainly can help provide the child with things she may not otherwise get. I would bet my HOUSE that HKS is NOT the father. His time is just about up.

If he wasn't murdered than he must have committed suicide. This is getting really SCARY. After your comment about Daniel having a substantial trust fund set up by Marshall's estate the story really does become sinister. It does present a motive for murder...........FOR THE PERSON WHO HAS SOMETHING TO GAIN.

We are talking about a whole other agenda here. Rebuttal me when you read this. I would love to know.

70. POst #67 Kiloke: If you go back to the very 1st blog on Anna finding her son dead in her hospital room and start reading my blogs from there to the present . You will know all about me and why I speak of " some " of these things like they are FACTS as opposed to "OPINIONS ".

I have personal knowledge and family members who have known, and worked with Anna since she arrived in L.A. from Texas to do her Playmate video . You are not the 1st person to question my credentials for the statements I make. I have been attacked on numourous occastions for my candid and blunt opinions on what is going on here. Many people aren't excepting of to the " bearer of bad news "..........

However, most of the things I say are based on articles, news commentaries , editorials and websites that report the 'FACTS' I just digest those facts and base my ' OPINION" on that.

I see by your comment you DON'T disagree with me. So if your opinions differ from mine. Please let me know. I would love to read your interpretation of what you think is going on here. Agree or disagree. I know a lot of people who have changed their tunes after reading some of my blogs.

I may not always be right ............but I'm never wrong...........ha ha .......lol. and of course I am only kidding. I will be the 1st to admit I was wrong about some opinion of mine. But If Nancy Grace can eat Crow than so can I.

71. My head is spinning.... I thought I knew the facts, but this blog is saying so many things that I haven't read anywhere else.

1) I did hear something about 7 Xs the drugs in Ds system; but Cyril said that the drugs were very low dose and not enough to kill Daniel.
2) Never, ever heard of a Marshall trust fund for Daniel.
3) ANS original Bahamian attorneys were the ones that conveyed the
property to her; now they are representing the Thompson guy to evict
and/or sue ANS? I don't get it. That's a conflict of interest and wouldn' t happen in this country
4) Never did believe Howard the father; but I'm no
longer convinced that it is Larry's, just because of what 's coming out..
I'm just so confused about the facts. And, I'm not on anything.

72. Post # 70 Anonymous : I too need confirmation of some of the points you made.
I do know that Anna's Lawyer in the Bahamas quit because it was in conflict of interest to represent BOTH clients. The 1st lawyer quit because Anna refused to follow his advise.

I think that Larry BELIEVES he is the father. But because of Anna's promiscuity no one will know until the paternity test is performed. I can't understand the bad press on Larry Birkhead. Or why anyone doubts his belief he is the father. All evidence shows that Anna and Larry were an item for a long time. He went to Dr. appointments with her to look at ultra sound images of his daughter. Then she says " IT's not yours "

She has changed her story so many times I am dizzy myself trying to keep up with them all. On the other hand........Larry's story has STAYED THE SAME. Hmmmm............ common sense has to take over at some point. What do you think ?

73. Owl...you can see my opinion on #17 right here. Do I think things are pretty fishy..hell yes!! Do I think she is out of her mind in the way she is handling things...hell yes!! However I do happen to understand and have knowledge on the disease concept of addiction and also know from personal experience when under the influence of any mood altering substance (Which ANS has been for a Long time, in my opinion) there is no rhymm (?) or reason. She is obviously a very sick lady and the baby is #1 now as should of been Daniel before his untimely and suspicious demise. I am a substance abuse counselor and may see things from a different perspective...again just my opinion. I wish no one any harm especially the baby. As far as underhanded things being done I feel her lawyer and/or people around her have enabled her to continue in her destructive behavior and addiction and are just as much to blame as ANS. From her program her addiction was obvious and the effects on Daniel as well, seeming withdrawn and embarrassed at his mom's antics on the show. Again, just my opinion. Thx owl for answering me.

I have to agree with the Wise Old Owl, on his statement of who the father may be. She seems to be desperately avoiding the paternity test. If it is Larry's, she must know it will be revealed, sooner or later. She is extremely paranoid for the test to be done on the baby...and possible father....WHY??????

I believe Anna and Howard are hiding more than we can imagine. That is a frightening thought. ANS leaving her son in the freezer for thirty-nine days is something I can not get past. If it was mandated by authorities, she would have no control over that. If that were the case, how could she actually go through with that "mock" ceremony, seventeen day's after Daniels death.
Wouldn't a mother want to wait until her son was buried? I cant imagine the desire to celebrate...PERIOD! How could she party, drink and jump in the ocean with her wedding/funeral dress on (she wears a wedding dress to both occasions) What about the stitches from her C-section...???

I also believe that Howard is more nervous than Anna. He also stands to lose a lot...HIS FREEDOM! That would depend on the investigation, and if there is justice for Daniel..

If HKS practiced law in California, while conducting unethical behavior with his client ANS. That should be investigated, as well.

75. My, My.....You all act like you know all the facts about this child! Just how, do you all know, just who this Little baby girl belongs to?? Why, are you all trying to tell the world, who she is? That is all just as "STUPID" As you are saying this "Drug addicted, woe, bad mother" Is...So go figure.....

Also, how many of you judges, out there have smoked a little pot or maybe tried some little pain killers? Did your MOMMA, give them to you? I would say "NO" but who knows....I would say you did them on your own...no help from Mom...

I also, think that you all have forgotten that DUMB, sells.....It makes millions...Look at Jessica Simpson, acts sooo dumb...but she isn't....but she is very rich! R U?
