Anna Nicole Slapped With Fraud Suit

751. The TMZ video of Anna's 1994 Christmas does not show the face of the person who hands her the pills. The article just says "a guest at the party". It is NOT Grandma Virgie though. We see Virgie walking around with a grey and white shirt on.... but the person giving Anna the pill(s) is a MALE in a grey and white sweater.

I'm thinking either Anna's money hungry "machine" is yanking photos and video of her ..... or, the California judge has issued a GAG order on everybody involved in the paternity case, and NOBODY can talk about what is going on. There would be serious penalties for anyone who leaked anything to the press.

I haven't seen Entertainment Tonight yet .... but if they also had to yank the Anna video ....that is just another person who has been screwed over in a deal with Anna. They paid her for the rights to the interview (BIG $$$$$$), but now they cannot even air the product that they bought!

753. You know I could have sworn that was a woman as well handing Anna her pills, but since we can't see any more of that, it's a mystery. Yeah, for all the sane people, I did leave how to get ahold of me, and made us a "group" in my address book - hey, if we are called a group, might as well be one.

I will research what I can and get my husband burning CD's. Isn't it a wonder though - they are breaking all kinds of laws, laughing in the face of the government, judicial system, etc., yet THEY can protect themselves by having their "evidence" taken off the internet and television. Well, it doesn't matter what they have removed, the fact is, everything they've done is now part of recorded "history" and VERY available to subpeonas from lawyers that might be fighting for ...uhhhh....eviction, child paternity, child custody, possible homicide, illegal residency......you name it. You can run but you can't hide ANS and HKS and you know what makes me happiest of all? Of all the acrimony between HKS and Daniel, ANS CHOSE HKS to stay in her life (if my kids didn't like someone I was with - he was toast - gone - outta there)....but now Daniel is watching from a far more peaceful place, and watching HKS squirm, and watching Mommy squirm (which I'm sure he feels bad about but after what happened to him......). Rest in peace Daniel, the authorities are taking it over from here.

We can still see the Anna Christmas 1994 video, and it is a man leaning over and saying something to her, at the very very very beginning of the video, then going away and coming back and giving her a pill to take. We only see his arm when he hands her the pill. He is a thin man with long brown hair.

What we cannot see anymore, is the photo of Howard in the Bahamas, that goes with that TMZ article. The Christmas video is different.

Entertainment Tonight said NOTHING .... NADA ..... about Anna!!!
Nothing about picking up the video later, or having a gag order, NOTHING.
Truly weird.

I'm thinking the judge in the paternity case slapped a GAG order on everybody involved?

756. TREE TREE, I agree with your thoughts in post #698. I'm just catching up and have read all comments on this board from the beginning. There is hardly enough time to keep up with all the news. Check out sexygirls' comments #381. Suppose it is really ANS? Regardless of what happened, the truth will be revealed sooner rather than later I hope. It is almost time for ET and the rest of the interview. Does anyone know what happened to her residence in Calif.? Seems I read Daniel had been living with his mother. Did he stay there after she moved to the Bahamas; are his personal effects still there do you think?

I believe Anna still owns the home in California. That is one of the reasons why they won the jurisdiction argument before the judge. Because Anna lived ... and still lives in California ..... I kinda think she left the home in a hurry, when she ran to the Bahamas, and left most of her stuff there (and Daniel's stuff too). I would imagine Daniel was still staying there, cuz we never heard that he had a place of his own, or was living on campus anywhere????

I would think if by chance it was Daniel's baby, she would have been warped enough NOT to have an abortion. And you have to remember that this is the same time frame she slept with G. Thompson and LB.

One thing (I know I'll get jumped for this) that caught my attention several posts back was Anna saying on her show (in front of Daniel) that she was staying there because she had been really wanting to masturbate and wanted to do that then. Now if she'd talk like that IN FRONT of her son, imagine him coming into puberty and his mother is this "sexual object". That had to f his head up so bad. And when boys are so private and trying to understand things, and he's basically got no privacy at all. I don't know if I think that baby was Daniel's, but I think there is a reason (and if it isn't Daniel it's $$$) and it's a HUGE reason for them digging in their heels like that. Being evicted? Not paying for a million dollar house? I would almost bet that this is something to do with the fact that her settlement is being held, and I bet Daniel's was opening up. I bet at 21 he got that money, and he was catching right up on that. And what would Howie do if Daniel actually had more money than he did? And with the animosity between the two of them, I bet Howard would know his free ride was OVER.

And I would say that this article that quotes a friend
of Anna's - if hearsay is allowed, of course - is
pretty damning for the Birkhead side, don't you
think so?

Maybe Anna has some old text messages from
him or emails.... He ought to be careful what
he's dishing, because it's inevitable almost that
some of his own is going to come back to bite him.

I think IM is right something big happened. I think there probably is a gag order but I think there may have been other reasons for ET to pull the plug. I have never seen that happen and if it was the gag order you would think they would of announced it. By not making some kind of statement it just put more questions in everyone mind. I think it was Camp Anna. Maybe they started seeing the inconsistencies in both the ET interview and the Larry King interviews just like we did. Perhaps it is more the Bahama investagation they became most concerned with and either pleaded with ET or found some loop hole in the contract. Maybe they made a deal for future rights to some other drama w/ those 2 idiots. I wonder if a gag order would cover pre-recorded interviews. I would like to know what kind of statue of limitations on crimes in the Bahamas..........they may have to forever watch what they say and do.

Attorneys always tell their clients not to talk to anyone can you imagine clients who talk to EVERONE! That is how Scott Peterson lost his first attorney.....he got on TV and blew it.

Well whatever the case it really puts a spot light on those interviews. The last thing those 2 idiots should want is more questions being raised................like Bella said HUMMMMMM!!!!!!! Maybe TMZ will get to the bottom of this!!

764. #765 Tru Katsch...............First of all, I am not saying that you are a liar. I am sure you read that somewhere. However, if that truely was ANS story don't you think that she would come out and say that now. She was making up lies to keep LB away while she was still pregnant ! IF he wanted her millions then why would he agree to be a "sperm donor" and agree to walk away. He has know all along that she might get that money. That is a BIG maybe on getting the money! That story makes no sense at all ! Just another bullsh*t story that she is trying to serve up to the public. I am not believing it, is anyone else?

Yes, if hearsay is going to be allowed on LB side then it should be allowed on both sides. However, it is all damaging for ANS, no matter who side they are on. She has created this sh*t storm and now she must stand right in the middle of it while it blows.

765. And one last comment, this time about Daniel (since it's been mentioned several times about his possibly siring Anna's baby).

Now THAT is gross.

For all the defending of Daniel's "short life" and basically canonizing the boy for his character that many of you deemed so different from his mother's, now you are villifying him also??
Sorry if I'm coming across as just a tad testy but this terrible defamation of a dead boy is just too much.

In order to give any credence to your theory, then almost certainly Daniel would have had to have been a willing participant. He was almost 21, NOT a small, impressionable child, who could be bribed and blackmailed to do the unthinkable. Anna's provocative posturing for the cameras or references to masturbation seemed to be done for entertainment value (not that it is entertaining to everyone) and cannot be construed to mean that she was stimulating her son to the point of intercourse!
I don't even want to get any more graphic with this.

The likely scenario, in my opinion, is the "jealous Daniel" one that Patty mentions wherein Daniel is envious of his mother's relationship with H. and the new baby, the move to the Bahamas, etc. etc. etc. Now THAT makes sense. Seeing the "happy family" situated in the Bahamas and then knowing that he would be flying back to Cali. alone was maybe just too much for him. And even if Anna DID want him to stay in the Bahamas, he had college in Calif. and a life and friends established there; also, perhaps once the truth of anna's and Howard's relationship was finally revealed to Daniel, he may have really begun to feel like the third wheel......
