The famous gossipista Perez Hilton got into it last night with a paparazzo who accused the blogger of pilfering photos. 
The incident occurred outside an Xbox 360 party at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery. The photographer confronted Perez, accusing him of stealing photographs for his blog.
When the photog asked about a specific picture, Perez shot back, "Nobody contacted me to take it down, so shut the f*** up!"

34. Perez has no right to use photographs without the authority of the owner of the photo. There are clear laws stating that. Perez is just breaking the law, and trying to require the owner of the photos to be responsible for notifying sites to take down the photos. No, its not like that. It is the responsibility of the public to know they cannot use photographs without approval. Simple as that.

35. Perez has come a long way and I think that bothers a lot of people. He is hanging with Celebrities, making the news and making some money. Why hate him for that? The photographer has a good point about the use of his photos BUT he needs to go after EVERYONE that uses his photos without permission and not just Perez.

Perez dosen't hang with celebrities...he is the paid lap dog of Paris Hilton...and lots of clubs are starting to refuse her entry if he is with her because they know the real celebrities are going to be abused in his blog the next day. He isn't a journalist..he is paid by the Hilton family to tear down other celebs they think are competition to paris like Lindsay Lohan.

Regardless of what he is doing with the photos, he has an over inflated ego, he himself needs to lose about 50 lbs before he calls anyone fat, and the only reason he hangs with Paris Hilton is because she'll be with anyone, even a wretched loser like him. All in good fun by the way is not calling Lindsey Lohan fat or Liz Hurley a hag! Thats irresponsible and a desperate need for attention. Most people who insult attractive people are insecure about themselves. No wonder!
