17. Alison Clinton Lee's fans deserve to know the answer the questions I have
raised in my Report with respect to the lie detector test she took after first asking it following her comment that she would take one if asked. It would be interesting to know who asked, if Alison will undergo a REAL polygraph (meaning one administered under controlled circumstances), why she chose to go the checkbook journalism/cash for trash route, and if she is aware that a galvanic skin response test is inadmissible in any court but the court of public opinion.

Also, why would an anorexic, reportedly down to 70 pounds, with fears for her health exacerbated by the strain of a court proceeding and the threat of being subpoenaed, want to be a party to any further publicity on this matter, let alone a sanctioned Web site?


The listing of Alison’s publicist, Jason Rose and attorney Ronnie Berke as media contacts on a site for which no one other than a German site registrar is claiming ownership brings further questions about Alison’s motivation, now that her name has been redacted from court filings, and of Ronnie Berke's motivation.

Berke is supposed to be in compliance with Judge Robert E. Lee Davies’ (a favorite judge among celebrities whose cases are assigned to the Williamson County Court) order.

19. The best defense is an aggressive offense - Sara understood this which is why she filed and made accusations first.

Unfortunately for Sara, her nanny also understands it (what did she think - that an accused woman WOULDNT fight back?). SARA made this a public issue by taking the whole 'wronged woman' routine on Dancing, and now its blowing up in her face. Court of public opinion is not in your favor Sara - time for some major damage control.

22. I just posted on her website: Your 15 minutes are up. If Sara and her husband called a truce, then you should do the same. If you took a test, you know the truth, then so be it. If your marriage is so strong, you have nothing to prove. There are children involved and they should be put first before the "I need an apology" thing.
