I'm sorry that you're envious that poster #17 agreed with me. This is a BLOG for people to post their opinions. I truly don't care who at TMZ agrees/disagrees with me. 34. William Prescott, you're a racist jerk! The fact that Snipes, Jackson, or O.J. are Black have absolutely nothing to do with their ability to slip through the justice system. Their money and fame took care of that. If anything, their ethnicity worked against them. Innocent or not the world percieves them as guilty probably because their black ( except of course Michael Jackson, he just a sicko). It's just an underlying predjudice that people either don't realize or care to admit they have. As for the pictures being racist- gimme a break.

36. This is so ridiculous! White Men Can't Jump to the conclution that just cause Snipes is black and famous he'll get a freedom card. For five years his taxes have made Desapearing Acts, giving the IRS a Boiling Point to Play It to the Bone and acuse him of cheating. He will be arrested even if a US Marshall has to be sent to get him.

Poor Wesley, his life has turned to Chaos, and with his Hard Luck and the Indisputed charges the IRS are claiming, his emminent arrest will be Unstoppable. He will need more than a Blade to cut through the Zig Zag of debts.
The only time he'll see the Rising Sun again is if he pays what he owes. In the mean time the Pasenger 57 will be caught when his plane lands in US soils.

The IRS doesn't give a ^#%$ that Wes was once King of New York. Now he needs H.E.L.P, so he better cough off the cash or he'll sing Mo' Better Blues in jail. And as you know it's a Jungle Fever in there.

Mr Snipes lived America's Dream, but F***d up when he took the Money Train and said: To Wong Foo Thanks for Everything, IRS. I am not The Fan for such crappy behaviour. i think he should pay.
And while Liberty Stands Still for the rich and famous, I will not sit here holding my breath Waiting to Exhale. I believe Wes will do the right thing at the end and pay.

Wesley Snipes has made some pretty good movies in his career as an actor,but if he is not going to pay his taxes like any other nomal american,then he should pay the "PIPER" so to speak,as all other americans would have to do if they did the same thing as he has done! Anyone who evades paying their taxes should spend time in prison,just like I would have to do if I did the same as he did! Just because you are a celebrity,that doesn't mean tyhat you are"Above the Law"!

40. This is so sad. As a black female I think it's outrageous that someone would say "whitey's gotten away with it for years." Yeah maybe they did it wasn't right then and it sure as hell isn't right now. As a working class mother of six children (all of whom I CARE FOR myself - no help from the government as it should be). Anyone who does not pay their taxes should be held accountable(no pun intended). Especially when you're making the kind of money he's making. THERE IS NOOOOOOO EXCUSE.

And really I think that just like the Native Americans; African Americans should not have to pay taxes either. We did not make the choice to come here (America) we were taken from our own Country to build America. But until that happens PAY YOUR F***ING TAXES MR SNIPES.

41. Richard Hatch is a white man - he stole ALOT less from the Govt. Than it is alleged Wesley Snipes has.

IF, in fact Wesley Snipes is found guilty he will absolutley 100% do time. More time than Hatch which isn't too light Hatch got what 57 months Federal. no such thing as "early parole for good behavior" on federal time, Uncle Sam gets EVERY last day of it.

So I would imagine Wesley knowing this full well by now, (hopefully his lawyers have him completely up to speed) will never return to the US. And being that we have no extradtion with whichever african country he is currently hiding in, well he'll remain a fugitive, WHICH could enhance his charges if ever caught.

No matter how good his lawyers are if he comes back. Is arrested and it is taken to court, he WILL lose. No matter what, the Feds have Unlimited resources to see to it. He may be rich but not that rich.
